Megan Ahern, CEO of Acorn Properties and Acorn Home Staging, is originally from California, but moved with her husband, Jeff Ahern, to Lincoln, Nebraska in 2018 to begin investing in real estate full time. They have since bought over 50 properties, consisting of single family residences and duplexes. They have owned long term and short term rentals, wholesaled and flipped in Lincoln, Nebraska. Currently their primary focus is flipping houses, acquiring more long term rentals and sober living houses. Megan also owns Acorn Home Staging and is a licensed Realtor.
