RJ Bates III, affectionately referred to as the Viking Wizard by his students, started his real estate investing career in 2014 after attending a real estate education program that put him $65,000 in debt. RJ contracted his first deal he found on the MLS and wholesaled it for a $7,500 assignment fee. That was the end of his former life and the beginning of his venture into becoming a real estate investor. Since that moment, RJ has become an influential figurehead in the real estate investing industry. He has successfully purchased and sold over 2,000 properties all across the USA including wholesale deals, rehabs, rentals, owner finances and short term rentals. One of his passions is being the host of The Titanium Vault Podcast where he interviews the top real estate investors and finally, RJ has won back to back Closers Olympics earning him the reputation as the King Closer!

What's up everybody? Rj based the third here, the King closer. That's what I want to talk to you about is the changes that we're making here at titanium and what our education platform looks like moving forward. We're approaching our three year anniversary of hosting the titanium crucible, which has been our two day boot camp, where we've brought you into our office and we've shown you everything that we do here at titanium investments as a virtual wholesaling operation, and we've had amazing feedback. We've had people literally come from all over the world. We've had people from South America, europe, canada and all across the United States attend. Actually, I forgot Asia as well. We had Vietnam. We've had people attend crucibles and teach them and then go out. We have students doing well over six figures a month. I know one student is doing like $250,000 a month and that's amazing. But some of the feedback that we've gotten from you guys has been the event didn't necessarily match all of the content that we put out.
RJ Bates III:From the aspect of what am I known for, I am known as the King closer. I am known for closing deals live, whether it's on this YouTube channel, whether it's been on the 50 deals and 50 states and 50 days challenge Closers Olympics, wholesaling Live, batch TV, it doesn't matter. It's always been closing deals live and we never really did that. Every now and then I would call sellers live. The past two crucibles, I locked up contracts right in front of everybody attending the crucible, but we didn't give you guys the opportunity to call sellers and close deals right there with us, next to you. I had the honor to speak at Wholesaling Live just a couple of months ago and I was asked to give a speech about how I taught to sellers and Uncle Charles and Michael Yonis great friends, mr Hussle. They gave me that opportunity and sometimes it's just a small little moment like that. I talk about this at the Crucible. I talk about embracing moments and what that allowed me to do was to sit down and put together a 30 minute speech about my mindset, why I say certain things the way I do, why I ask questions the way that I ask them, and I've never really been able to break down my closing formula until then. On the way to San Antonio, while me and Cassie were driving down there, I gave my speech to Cassie and she looked at me and she said RJ, it's your closers formula. That is the direction that we're moving to now with our education.

So the thing about the crucible was is that it was like drinking from a fire hose for two days. We told you everything. Now it was great, but what we realize is is that to some people, it was overwhelming. So we want to reel it back in and really say who are we and what do we feel like we can best teach you and this is one of those things when it comes to closing deals, talking to sellers, having a process on how to do that, that, over and over and over, you become a machine when you're on the phones. That is what we want to give to you guys.
RJ Bates III:So our first ever closures formula is going to be held here at titanium investments headquarters on November 9th and 10th 2023. It's going to be two full days. You'll have breakfast, lunch. We'll have some fun in there. But the other thing about this is is I want every single person that walks into this door to walk out of here with the property under contract that they can go wholesale, so they walk out of here profitable plus all the knowledge to continue to do this on their own.
