Nick Legamaro is the owner of Rylex Capital based out of Dallas, Texas. In the early 2000's he was flipping houses full time but had to get a corporate job during the financial crash in 2008. In 2011 he made the decision to go back to real estate investing full time. His original intentions were to become a wholesaler but very quickly transitioned to seller financing. Nick now does over 100 seller financing transactions a year and is truly an expert in this strategy.
