Brandon Barnes is a wholesaler based out of South Carolina. He has successfully done deals in multiple states by working with hedge funds. This enabled him to buy within their "buy box" and move properties in multiple markets. He is now working on acquiring his own rental portfolio and has a goal of acquiring 200 rental properties in the next 5 years.
