Happy New Year everybody. Man, 2024 was crazy. It was an amazing year for us here at Titanium both Titanium Investments on the wholesaling side, as well as our new venture with Titanium University Just an incredible experience. But one of the things I really want to talk to you guys about is the crazy goal that I set for myself this past year, which was to bring you guys a is the crazy goal that I set for myself this past year, which was to bring you guys a long form YouTube video every single day, all 366 days of 2024. Of course, I had to pick a leap year, so it was 366 days, and we successfully did that, and we're going to continue bringing you guys content on the daily. That's why I'm here on New Year's talking about what I learned in 2024. Now, one of the things I have to say is that was an insane goal to actually do something every single day. I'm sure a lot of you have heard people do like 75 hard and they talk about the things that they learn about themselves by making a commitment to do something for 75 days straight. Now, the thing about doing something for a year straight is is that it not only pushes you out of your comfort zone, but it also makes you think a lot about how do I consistently live my life not sacrifice everything that I want, but still obtain my goal. And see, by producing content the way that I did. It actually made me so much better at being present during my life being present for my team, while maintaining being present for you guys and bringing you content. So I'm going to get into that a little bit later.

Speaker 1:

One of the things I want to talk about early on here is listen. This is not easy. There was many struggles. Okay. There's days where I sat here staring at this camera for hours on end saying I literally got nothing new to say. However, you guys are the ones that helped me get through that. However, you guys are the ones that helped me get through that. Y'all's comments, your questions during live feeds, your comments and your posts inside of the vault saying, hey, rj, how do I do this? How do I overcome this struggle? Could you create a post or a video about this? I absolutely loved being pushed by you guys and I loved y'all's feedback, so thank you so much. It actually got me through those extremely tough days.

Speaker 1:

Now, on the flip side, there were some days that I was on fire. I mean, I was just energetic, I was feeling the content, I had ideas and I was able to bust out video after video after video. So one of the cheats to this was is I could sit down and I could record five, six, seven videos in one day and then I would be a week, 10 days, two weeks early in creating the content. Right, I was like ahead Now. This also enabled me to do a lot of really cool things outside of just creating the content and still living my life. There was periods in time where you guys didn't even know this, but there was one time this past spring slash summer, where I went to Phoenix, st Louis, michigan, south Carolina and Florida all in the span of about four to five weeks and I was gone the vast majority of the time. Yet every single day, videos kept rolling out. The only way that I was able to do that was be very cognizant of my efficiency, my time, and make sure that I was always time blogging everything I need to do, because I still have my responsibilities to my team and my wholesale operation, as well as all of our community members inside of Titanium University. So feeling myself and embracing those days and pumping out as much content as I possibly could was imperative to make sure that I got out in front of the content that was needed.

Speaker 1:

Now, sometimes we created content and I thought videos that would explode barely got views and then sometimes ones that I didn't think that you guys would love absolutely exploded. A couple of examples of that is like my video Stop Cold Calling. That video has impacted so many people and probably some of you watching this video right now. Now, funny enough, I actually had to record that video on a Saturday, which very few weekends. I actually came out to office and worked, but this is during one of those times of the year where I probably had to travel and I was playing a little bit of catch up, and so I came up to the office and I'll never forget I sat here and I just I didn't really know what I wanted to record. However, I had just done a part in the disruption record.

However, I had just done a part in the disruption and there was this argument there, in part of the disruption, about how cold calling was beneficial to new wholesalers and how that was getting their teeth kicked in, was them earning their stripes, and it made them better through the reps, that they got through cold calling and I adamantly disagreed. And so, without really pre-planning or anything like that, I made a simple thumbnail and I just I ripped it, just freestyle my heart, what I felt, and you guys felt that authenticity inside of that video and you can feel the conviction in my voice and in my message and to a lot of you guys it really made a difference. One of the people that I know that it impacted is one of my favorite people in the world, glenn. He's a member of Titanium University. He's been there since day one and he says that literally changed his life. That video. That's why I created the content that I did.

Speaker 1:

Another video that made a huge difference was Wholesalers. We have a Problem. A video popped off for like 13,000, 14,000 views. It was crazy because I didn't really think that that was going to be a topic that you guys would just absolutely dive into and want to listen. Now, the ones that barely got views, I don't know what happened there. You guys need to go back and watch those, because I still thought that it was fire content.

Now, the other thing is is planning ahead matters okay? So there was times where holidays travel. Listen, I went to 17 different states this year, 17. That's a lot of travel. The other thing was this year, I'm proud to say, I played 32 rounds of golf. Now you guys might be like, all right, cool, you played a lot of golf. That's almost 10% of the year I went and played golf and that's a passion of mine. I love playing it, and the majority of those were with my team. So not only were we able to sustain the success inside of our wholesaling business, make sure that we're there for our community inside of titanium university and bring you guys content every single day, but we were also able to grow together as a team, spend time together and enjoy a pastime like golfing. So we had to plan ahead a lot, and a lot of that was not only getting our job done, but also making sure that we made time for ourselves.

Speaker 1:

The other thing is like I was at an event, and I'm not going to name names, but a person that was a part of one of the events that I attended and I spoke at on stage asked me point blank he's a content creator just like me. How do you come up with content every single day and do you enjoy it Are you getting burned out? And I'll be honest with you, after doing this for 366 days straight and today is day 367, I love it even more than I did a year ago, and the reason why is because I am not bringing content around, a topic that I have to create. It's literally what I do. We do the business. We are actively wholesaling, contracting deals, assigning contracts, doing transaction coordination using the systems, contracts, doing transaction coordination using the systems. And for me, it's just like when I come here and I talk to you guys, it's the same things that I'm saying to my team, it's the same thing that I'm saying to the members of titanium university. And so it's easy for me to be able to create this content because it's what I do.

Speaker 1:

And for me, when I when I talk to other people about that want to create content, my first question is why? Why do you want to create the content? And then, is it something that you truly are passionate about and you love talking about? Cause I absolutely love talking about wholesaling, and if so, you should create content, because then it's easy, all right, because then it's easy, all right. The next thing is you guys were the best source of my content Absolutely. Time and time again, when I look back at the best videos, it came from things that I heard in the comments. So I wanna open this up. If you have ideas for videos that you wanna see me create in 2025, absolutely drop it in the comments. Drop a comment and say RJ, I'd love for you to create a video around this topic and we'll definitely put it on the list. I'll tell you right now we already have a list of close to 50 videos that are being prepared to be shot in 2025. I'm telling you we've gotten pretty good at coming up with ideas for the content and how to collectively mastermind together and come up with how we're going to produce that content and ideas to make sure that it's a banger for you. But drop a comment. We'll put it on the list, all right.

The next thing is is be yourself, be original and authentic. You guys, I can't tell you how many times I hear from the team when they talk to someone that's wanting to join titanium university. It's like listen, I just love the fact that RJ is just real and raw and himself. If you guys want to start creating content for yourself, don't be like me, don't be like anybody else that you look up to this industry. Just go be yourself. Okay, it'll take some time to gain some traction, but eventually you'll see people that will resonate more with you than they do with me, and that's okay. Go out there and be yourself.

Speaker 1:

The next thing is that there was many times during this year that this got hard. It got hard and I didn't know if I was going to be able to achieve the goal, and to me, I think it's always a sign that you set a really good goal for yourself If you find yourself questioning whether or not you're going to be able to achieve it at one point in time. Otherwise, it's like playing a video game on the easiest level. What's the point in playing the game Like? This stretched my boundaries and it made me better at everything that I do, and when I say everything, I mean literally everything. It made me a better speaker. It made me better on camera, and I've been on a TV show Like I had my own TV show. Okay, but doing this for a year straight has made me better on camera. It's made me better at teaching. It's made me better at listening. It's made me better with my team and my partners and my kids. I am just better at all of the things than I was a year ago because I stretched myself to grow through the adversities, through the times where I didn't want to do it, where I didn't know what to say. Right, when you push yourself outside of your comfort zone, that's where, suddenly, you see massive amounts of growth.

Speaker 1:

Case in point in February, I started a weight loss journey and that was a video that did really well. It was called Win the Day and I talked about the fact that really well. It was called win the day and I talked about the fact that listen, throughout the years of being an entrepreneur and creating content and all the things that we're doing, one of the things that sacrificed was my health, and so one of the things I'm very proud about is the fact that I lost 25 pounds this year. I've continued the weight loss journey. I've eaten healthier than I ever have, consistently, and I'm consistently doing that with playing 32 rounds of golf as well as working out and doing cardio and walking and all of these other things that I've done. Not only have I been able to travel and do all these other things, but it's also become one of the healthiest years of my life.

Speaker 1:

The next thing is surround yourself with absolute killers. I mean Nick and Sima. Coming on board this year and becoming my partners inside of Titanium University has been an absolute blessing and I love them to death and honestly, so should you guys. You're not ever really going to see them on the forefront, but they have such an impact on me and Cassie and everyone here at Titanium and making sure that we spread this message and we're always bringing you guys the best possible content. The other thing is fancy equipment is not required. Like people are blown away Now. I've got a pretty cool little setup here with my monitors right. It's like a tree of monitors. I've got four monitors. However, as far as the recording equipment goes, I've got a little ring light right here. I've got my webcam right there, I got two big lights and I got my microphone. That's it. Almost every video that you guys see is recorded on StreamYard. It's not a lot of fancy equipment.

Speaker 1:

Now we plan on ramping up in 2025. We have an ad out now to hire a videographer. We have about 250 applicants and we're going to be bringing on, we're going to beefing up the staff in 2025. However, with all this that's gotten done this year, it was basically done right here at this desk. I created every single thumbnail. I didn't outsource it to anybody else. All of that was done myself. I think you guys like them. I think they look pretty good, but fancy equipment not required.

Speaker 1:

Last thing I want to say about this is consistency plus hard work equals results. We're going to get into the stats of what I learned in 2024 with this incredible journey that I've been on. But showing up every day and making sure that we put in the hard work to actually deliver solid content, original content, got us the results. Then, when I set out with this, my mission was very simple Eliminate all excuses. People would have to succeed as a virtual wholesaler, and I think we did that.

Speaker 1:

I think if you were to go through and you were to watch all 366 videos, you would look at it and say I really don't have any questions as to what do I need to do to succeed. Now, the problem is, the vast majority of you are not going to take the time to sit there and watch all those videos. Now, you could have done it one day at a time, but the majority of you are probably behind and you don't have the time to be able to do that. However, you could simply look at the titles and answer any questions that you have with the content. Now let's get into some stats here, because this is pretty crazy.

Speaker 1:

I'm blown away by this and I just first and foremost want to say I am grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you so much for liking the videos and commenting and just showing up and viewing. That being said, more people watch my videos in 2024 than in the previous six years of me putting videos on YouTube combined. Okay, we had a total of 3.3 million views just on YouTube alone. Okay, the other thing was we had 11,700 new subscribers this year, thank you. That means the world. We're up to 23,000 something. I think we're almost at 24,000. It means half of you, pretty much, are brand new this year. Thank you so much. 8,914,620 minutes of my content was watched just in 2024 alone. That is absolutely mind-boggling to me that that many minutes of me talking into that webcam was watched in 2024. And every single one of those minutes is so appreciated. I know your time is valuable, so thank you so much.

Speaker 1:

Our Facebook group, the Vault, grew by 9,000 people. Our email list grew by 10,000 people 240 new members inside of Titanium University, which did not even exist at the beginning. We started in February 22nd 2024. 240 people trusted us to join Titanium University. 3,350 people downloaded the King Closers formula free PDF. That is amazing. 3,350 people now have the King Closers formula in their email to be used. Thousands of people specifically 1,900 people purchased the King Closers blueprint the actual course, low ticket course which we were selling at Black Friday for $47. I think it's $97 now. That's amazing, thank you. Next thing is almost 1,500 people just south of 1,500 people purchased the titanium profits, are comping and underwriting training and are using the profit calculator now inside of their wholesale business.

Like I said, while all this was going on, I traveled to 17 different states. I went to Phoenix, I was on Steve Trang's podcast, britt Daniel's podcast, the Investor Lift podcast. I went to Ryan Pineda's WealthCon SpecialLift Podcast. I went to Ryan Pineda's WealthCon. I went to the Deal Champ Summit run by Dean Rogers and Strat Daddy. I got to go to OKC Evolve and speak in Oklahoma City. I got to go to the NASCAR race in Charlotte, got to go to multiple different sporting events Dallas Stars games, cowboys, mavericks, things like that, Texas Rangers.

Speaker 1:

We had our first ever acquisitions week, which you guys showed up in waves. It blew my mind where I'd be going live and there'd be 700 of you guys watching me call sellers live. I'm not going to lie. I've never gotten nervous before going live. A couple of times I'd look up there and see that number 700 and I'd be like they're do the right thing, baby. I closed more deals this year live than I can even count and I didn't do it that often. But every ever over other week I go call lead, zolo, property lead, speed to lead. I go live with Jerry Norton. I go do a closer's cage match acquisitions week. We did that twice this year. I closed so many deals that, quite frankly, we lost count. We can't even remember how many there were. It's been an incredible journey and I thank each and every one of you, and I thank each and every one of you.

Speaker 1:

Moving forward into 2025, the goal here is to continue bringing you guys daily content. Now, I'm not going to say we're going to do it every single day, because I don't want to set that goal and not live up to it if I come up with a better idea. One of the things that I found with this goal was is it did provide a constraint from other things that we could have been doing to better serve you guys right. So I don't want to set the goal that every single day in 2025, there will be a new video, because if we come up with a better idea, then I want to be able to do that and not say I failed you guys. That being said, the goal will be the same to bring you guys content that eliminates any excuse that you can have to not be able to create your own reality. That is what I want. More than anything. I want you guys to sit there and say I watched what RJ did. I can absolutely replicate that and I can go out and create my own reality.
