Welcome back to Wholesale and Quickies, the series where I get out as much information as possible in less than five minutes because you lack an attention span. All right, so today we're going to be going over my 22 elements of productivity. Why 22, you ask? Because we're titanium and titanium is the 22nd element. So, of course, why 22, you ask? Because we're titanium and titanium is the 22nd element. So of course I have 22 elements to be productive. Now let's get into them.

Speaker 1:

Number one have a good night's sleep. It's important that you wake up energized, ready to tackle the day. So every night I make sure I go to bed on time so I have all the energy that I need to be productive. Number two create a morning routine, whatever that looks like. Listen, it doesn't have to be crazy. Mine is pretty simple I wake up, I take a shower, I listen to Spotify, I listen to Audible, I eat breakfast, I get in the car. It's the exact same amount of time. I've even got it down to where, after I get out of the shower, I brush my teeth, then do my contacts, then then do my contacts, then blow dry the beard, then it goes deodorant and all the face lotions and all that stuff. It's just a routine, so I don't have to think about what I'm doing when I start my day.

Speaker 1:

Number three plan your day. It is important that you know exactly when you're going to be doing revenue generating activities, when you're going to be studying to be better. Everything is planned out so you don't get lost in the weeds. Number four create daily goals. I call it win the day. Have simple things like hey, I want to get one deal today, do one deal every single day. That's how you end up doing 50 deals in 50 states in 50 days. Number five time block by reverse engineering to achieve said goals. So we look at this how many hours do I need to actually achieve the goal so I can win the day? Reverse engineer that Instead of trying to work it the other way, where you say, hey, here's how my day is going to go and what would that give me? Set your goal. Reverse engineer it.

Speaker 1:

Number six schedule the not fun stuff first. What I mean by that is if you never take the time to schedule out the not fun stuff. What I mean by that is, if you never take the time to schedule out the not fun stuff, it just won't make it on your calendar. Number seven schedule time for nothing. It's very important that you give yourself mental breaks. You're not just bogged down by the minutia of every single thing that goes on in your life. Schedule time to just enjoy life. Number eight be okay with saying no. No is a complete sentence. Number nine have high intensity sessions. I'm going to call sellers for two hours straight. You follow that with number 10. Follow high intensity sessions with high intensity decompression sessions. Two hours on. I'm going to take 30 minutes off and then I'm back at it for two hours.

Number 11, create an environment that makes you comfortable. I love my office. Create an environment that leads you to be successful. Number 12, hold yourself accountable. Nobody should care more about your success than you. Number 13, be on time Self-explanatory, but majority of people can't do it.

Number fourteen eat food for fuel, not for enjoyment. Number fifteen exercise. I started working out last February. It's been one of the best decisions that I've ever done. Make sure you exercise every single day. Get your movement in.

Speaker 1:

Number sixteen expect success. It's literally what you're doing as an entrepreneur. You should expect it. It shouldn't be something that you overly celebrate, it's just an expectation. Number 17, track and analyze your activity. Make sure you know what you're doing and track those. Those are your KPIs.

Speaker 1:

Number 18, pivot in small increments. If something's not working, don't go change three or four things, because then you don't know what the problem was and what the right solution was. Number 19, be loud about your goals. Let everybody know. Tell your family, your friends, social media, let them know what you're trying to achieve. They will even hold you accountable to it. Number 20, surround yourself with success. Be in a community of people of like-minded goals, people that are trying to achieve the same thing as you. Join Titanium University. 21, eliminate panic, stress and vices and replace them with purpose, solutions and freedom. And the last one, 22, reflect on your day. Every single day, when I drive home, I reflect on what just took place. Was I happy with it? Could I replace myself? Is that what I want my day to look like? Those are my 22 elements of productivity.
