Happy Labor Day. Now that we got that over, let's remember what else is over. Summer is over Now. Let that settle in for a second. The trips they're over Now let that settle in for a second. The trips they're over. The cookouts, the vacations they're all done. The I'll get to it next month. Energy that's expired. We're heading into the final quarter of 2025.

And the real question is how has this year actually gone for you? Not how it felt, not what you had planned, but what you did and what actually came out of it. Let's have a real moment here. This is the point of the year where most people avoid the mirror, because looking at your own performance is uncomfortable. But the uncomfortable truth is often the most profitable thing you can face. So ask yourself and be brutally honest have you made the progress you set out to make in January? Are your results in alignment with your effort? Have your habits been building something or are they just buying you time? Because the truth is intentions. Don't close deals. Effort without direction is just wasted energy. If you don't stop now to reflect, you'll sleepwalk straight into another underwhelming year. So let's make it a little bit tactical. Why don't we Ask yourself these five reflection questions and answer them without thinking and without flinching.

What actions have directly led to results? Not what looked productive, but what actually produced? What if I repeated that's brought no ROI? This includes bad habits, low converting marketing or even dead-end conversations. What lead sources are worth doubling down on? Is it speed to lead property leads, lead solo free leads from your community referrals?

Where have you been avoiding accountability? You know where we all have our blind spots. What do you need to stop making excuses for the CRM? You haven't updated the calls, you didn't make the work. You chose to put off until that magic right time. Well, here's the kicker If it's not working, cut it. You don't need permission, you need discipline. Too many people wait until January 1st to make a change. But the truth is your fresh start should and will start today. The year's not over. You've got one full quarter. That's 90 days, three months and over 12 weeks you start building momentum for 2026. Right now you can rebuild your pipeline, reposition your efforts, retool your outreach and walk into the new year with momentum, not just a resolution, because the people who win in January are the ones who have focused on consistent, intentional actions in quarter four.

So let's go a little bit layer deeper here. Okay, what needs to be removed? Sometimes, success is more about subtraction than addition. So ask yourself what people are draining my focus. What tasks have I convinced myself are productive but they aren't? What platforms or tools are overcomplicating my process? Start cutting. Cut the fluff, cut the noise, cut the YouTube rabbit holes, the constant research and the pretending to be busy energy, and cut the limiting beliefs. You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need permission to pivot. You don't need someone to motivate you. You need to decide and then make moves.

And, on the flip side, what has actually been working for you, what's worth doubling down on as we head into the final stretch of the year? For some of you, it's your daily outbound calls that consistency has become your edge. For others, it's your network in the community A JV connection, a coach, a mastermind group. Those relationships are your deal flow. Maybe it's your content. You finally started posting and people are now asking questions. Buyers and sellers are reaching out. That's leverage that you've created for yourself. Whatever it is, double down on it, because when you go all in on what works and cut out what doesn't, you can create momentum, and momentum is what separates the people who reset every January from the ones who compound every quarter. Let's build something you can act on. So here's a framework that you can follow, starting today.

Step one audit the past nine months. Look at your deals, look at your lead flow, look at your time logs. Look at your bank account. The numbers don't lie. They tell the story. Step two eliminate any dead weight, that lead source that never converting. Kill it. That podcast you keep listening to but never implement no-transcript. And step three prioritize one main lever. Is it PPL? Go all in. Is it dispoing someone else's deals and JVing? Make a system. Is it creating opportunities through your content? Lock into that. Just pick a lane and own it.

Step four time block ruthlessly. Stop fitting in your business around distractions. Schedule your blocks and never waver. Step five reflect weekly, not just monthly or yearly. That's even worse. Each Sunday, ask yourself what worked last week, what didn't work, what's next? This is how you stay in control of your future.

Now let me remind you of something. You are one quarter away from a completely different outcome. One good quarter four can make up for a rough quarter one. Through quarter three, you can shift your income, you can shift your brand, you can shift your belief in what you're capable of. But you have to face the truth, face where you've coasted, face what you've ignored and face what you've avoided, and then course correct.

Not next year, not next month, right now, today, because the only thing worse than a rough year is wasting the last quarter of it. So here's your mirror today, and it's not here to shame you. It's here to make you better Because you've still got time. Not here to shame you. It's here to make you better because you've still got time. Time to course correct, time to close strong, time to walk into 2026 with momentum, not regret.
