And then on lead Zolo, you have a choice on how you want to use that there on their marketplace, which is mainly just location. So there's not much choice when it comes to lead zolo. Um, but I'm always focused on what is a seller selling for emergency reasons, is the property physically distressed and is in a location where there's buyers, boom, that's the lead I want.
