Happy New Year, everybody. Today is the 730th straight day of me bringing you a long form YouTube video. Today marks the two-year mark of me doing this. And I made a commitment back on January 1st, 2024, that I was going to make a long form YouTube video every single day through the year of 2024. And throughout it, I got many questions. How are you able to do that? How do you come up with content? Is it burning you out? And at the end of the year, it had become a habit. I had developed the habit of needing to plan out my future, right? How do I make sure that I get videos out on Saturday and Sunday without having to come up to the office to record on Saturday and Sundays? What are the series that I'm going to come up with? What is the content? And at the end of the year, staring at 2025, it was kind of like, okay, we checked that box. We don't necessarily have to keep doing it, but I had developed this habit and this desire to want to keep creating this content. We had gained so much momentum that why would we stop? And so now another year has passed, and here we are successfully releasing a YouTube video every single day. And what I've learned over the past two years of creating these YouTube videos every single day is several different things from both the wholesaling side of the business as well as just human nature when I tell them what I am doing and what I am trying to accomplish. So let's start on the human nature side of things. For one, there are many things that we do day in and day out. Every single day we do them, and we don't really think about doing it. It's just it becomes a part of who we are, all the way down to we always brush our teeth, we always take a shower, we eat, we drink, we use the restroom, we breathe. There are things that we just do, it's a part of our life, and so it becomes a habit, and you don't really think about it. And when it comes to our careers and what we want to accomplish as an entrepreneur, sometimes we don't create those deep level habits inside of our business. Because we are entrepreneurs, we don't answer to anyone, and so we give ourselves excuses as to why we don't have to consistently and constantly show up and do the actions that are necessary to achieve results day in and day out because we have that freedom, it's self-accountability. There's no one else holding you accountable to make sure that you show up on the random days like March 19th. Well, if you don't do the work on March 19th, who's gonna care? Well, see, that's where I have tried to differentiate myself. And I sit there and I say, I am not going to allow myself to look at a random day like March 19th and say, I don't feel like doing the work today. I don't want to record a video. I can tell you there were many, many days that I did not want to turn these lights on. I did not want to sit here and come up with a topic. I there's days where I haven't felt well over the past two years. Especially when I had vacations or work events, an event that I'm going to, a mastermind, holidays. There are times where it's like, man, I'm going to be gone for an extremely long period of time. Case in point, earlier this year in February, I went to Quebec for 10 days. So that meant not only was I recording videos for the days that I was currently working before leaving, but I had to record extra videos for those 10 days that I was going to be gone. Then I even had to record some videos for the first days when I got back, so I wasn't immediately overwhelmed with needing to record videos. That becomes a daunting task. It would have been extremely easy for me to say, no, it's okay. I'm just going to go enjoy my time in Quebec. I'm not going to record any videos. But that is where I buckle down and say, I want to be different than the majority. I don't want to do what I know my competition is doing. And so I look at it and I say, this is what happens across the board, even inside of our wholesaling businesses. Today is New Year's Eve. I can promise you there are quite a few wholesalers out there that are not calling their leads today. Titanium is. We are absolutely hammering the phones. Why? Because the people are taking time off. It's a holiday. They're not going to go to work. What does that mean? They're available to answer the phone. So we are going to go to work. My dad instilled this into me a long time ago. When I graduated high school and I was working at Pizza Hut, I remember complaining because I had to work during a Super Bowl where the New England Patriots were playing. And I'm a huge New England Patriots fan. And my dad looked at me and he said, son, you chose to work in the food industry. You're working at a restaurant. That means you work when everybody else is off and having fun. And your time off is when no one else wants to order food. That's what you signed up for. Well, it's the same thing in the wholesaling industry. We need to be working when other people are available to answer the phone. So here we are on New Year's Eve. And we could easily say, I don't want to be here. I don't want to do this. I want to go watch bowl games. I want to enjoy my time. It's a freedom. That freedom is a earned right. It's not just given to us because we say we're an entrepreneur. We have to go out and earn that to achieve the daily goals that we have for ourselves that inevitably lead to us hitting the long-term goals. Same thing with me recording these YouTube videos. Every single day I want to release one. That means if I don't want to work on Saturday and Sunday, I have to work a little bit harder Monday through Friday. When I want to go to Quebec where I want to go to Fargo, North Dakota for a week, I need to be work a little bit extra harder the week prior so I can hit those daily goals. There's nothing wrong with taking time off and spending time with family. That's absolutely part of being an entrepreneur. But earn it, don't just give it to yourself because of lack of self-accountability and giving yourself excuses. Now, on the wholesaling side of things, what I've learned from releasing videos and reading y'all's comments and doing live QA during my Tuesday lives is there are so many of you that are more focused on what system should I use in comparison to the process that you should use. New wholesalers are dying for a system to be the answer when rarely is that the case. The process is what you should be falling in love with. So what I mean by that is I get asked what list provider should I use? What skip tracing service should I use? What PPL service should I use? What copy service should I use? These are simple answers. Next Tuesday, I'll be releasing the new King Closers Fleet for 2026. All of the systems that we use here at Titanium Investments, that's an easy answer. But that's where most people want to point to. They want to be told what's that magic system? Because on the flip side, if they say what is the process, well, we have many videos out there like the closer's formula and the web formula and the dispo formula that shows you here's how you talk to sellers, here's how you can close, here's how you comment underwrite, here's how you dispo deals. But see, that takes time to develop the skill sets that are built inside of that process utilizing the systems that we give you. And most people don't want to admit that the reason why they're struggling or not getting the results that they want inside their business is because of the lack of process and skill sets. They are dead set on it has to be because the system that I'm using is not the one, and that is where most people get stuck and they never give themselves enough time. So going back to the habit that I've created by showing up and doing things daily, each and every day, and not giving myself the excuse to take a day off. Yeah, do I do that? But I earn it before I give myself the right to earn that day off. Those habits give me better skill sets than the competition because each and every day I'm working to become better at my job. And so over the long haul, I don't ever think about needing to change the system that I'm using, I'm solely focused on developing my skill sets, crafting the process to be better. That's why, if you go back and you listen to the closers formula video that we did in late 2023, it's different than the one that I've done in 2025. That's why our small ticket uh product, the King Closers War Chest, has gone from a series of like nine videos to like 40 videos. And the reason why is because we are crafting that process, we're constantly tweaking it and getting better at our skills, and then trying to convey that to you so you can mirror our process inside of your business, but that comes from those daily actions. My partner Nick Robbins says with commitment comes clarity, and he's absolutely right, and then with action comes information. What a beautiful, wise statement from Nick Robbins. And listen, some of you might listen to this and say, Well, Nick's not the one that said it, somebody else told him, and he just that's fine. He's the one that told me, so I'm giving Nick the credit. Okay. With commitment comes clarity. See, the commitment that I make, I know I have a clear vision of what I am supposed to do each and every day. And am I stopping now because today's the last final day of 2025? No. Right after this, I'm gonna go make the first video of 2026 because that habit, that commitment has given me clarity as to what my job and my responsibility is in regards to creating content. And it's the same thing inside of our wholesale business. That daily commitment of how we manage our leads, how we communicate with our sellers, the process in which we do that, how we comp and underwrite and how we handle dispositions. That commitment has given us clarity. And then through those daily actions that we take, we constantly receive more information inside of our business. And through that, it gives us the ability to make more sound decisions on where we do need to make small incremental pivots or where we need to double down as a business. That's why it's so simple now. When people say, RJ, how do you how do you find your motivated sellers? We do this speedy leads allow property leads. It's easy. How do you talk to sellers just like this? What do you use the competent underwrite? We use these systems, prop stream and privy. It's easy. But you go and you talk to the people that are newer in this industry, they are confused, they're always looking for a different system, they're trying to blend processes. Why? Because they're not making that commitment to long-term actions and really looking at what is working and what is not working inside their business. They're hoping for that unicorn to show up and be like, this is the magical system where you could have a shitty process and still get results, and that's just not the case. So when I look at 730 straight days of bringing you guys content and listening to what you guys are feeling inside of your business, that is the number one takeaway for me. You're always looking for a system when you need to be doubling down on your process. This is what works. There's a system that I use called vidIQ, and it gives me details about how to improve the YouTube channel. I did a deep analysis and it used AI to dive in to my YouTube channel and how we can improve. I'll leave you guys with this. It said the people don't want RJ Bates the third the teacher, they want RJ Bates the third the king closer. People are tired of being taught what to do, they want to be shown on how to do it. They want you to go do it and show them how it successfully works. That is what people resonate with. And I love that because that means if you're here and you're consistently watching these videos, you should be learning the process and forgetting about worrying about a new system, a unicorn that doesn't exist. Use the systems and constantly be focused on improving that process. That is what I learned by consistently showing up each and every day for 730 days straight. So happy new year, everybody.
