SPEAKER_00:

Shout out to my boy Bruce Lee. But I don't fear the wholesaler who's tried 10,000 tactics. I don't fear the person who's jumped from cold calling to texting to PPC to radio to TV to door knocking and then back again. I fear the wholesaler who's mastered one system because that person is dangerous. If you've been in real estate wholesaling for any length of time, you've seen both types of these people. You've seen the ones who are constantly experimenting, always trying something new, and you've seen the quiet ones, the ones who don't post much, don't brag much, somehow keep closing deals month after month. This video is about the difference between those two people, and more importantly, how you decide which one you're going to be. Let's call this what it actually is. Most wholesalers aren't building a business. They're addicted to the new tactic that's available today. They're addicted to the feeling of progress without the discomfort of mastery. Because learning a new tactic feels productive. Watching a new training feels productive. Switching systems feels productive. But it's not the same thing as doing the work. And the market doesn't pay you for effort, it pays you for output. People don't jump systems because the system doesn't work. They jump systems because the system exposed their lack of consistency. The system forced them to face rejection. The system required discipline instead of excitement. So instead of fixing the execution, they blame the tactic. I hear this all the time. Yeah, RJ, I've done everything. No, you haven't. You've touched everything. That's not experience, that's avoidance disguised as hustle. Real experience comes from staying long enough to see seasonal shifts, market changes, script fatigue, lead quality variants, and you don't learn that in 30 days if you even make it 30 days. This is like going to the gym and switching workouts every week. Then wondering why you never get stronger. Well, you didn't master the lift, you didn't track the reps, you didn't increase the weight, you just kept moving. Motion is not progress at all times. The wholesaler I fear doesn't say I'm doing everything. They say this is my system. And they know what their cost per lead is, their cost per contract, their conversion ratios, and their margins. And they don't guess, they don't hope, they know. When you master one system, emotion disappears. A bad day doesn't scare you, a bad week doesn't rattle you, and a bad month doesn't cause you to pivot because math beats feelings every time. Every major breakthrough I've had in business came from going narrow, not wider, not more creative, but more focused. One list, one message, one KPI set, one execution standard. While everyone was bouncing, I was refining. And that's where real leverage comes from. The market doesn't care if you're bored, it doesn't care if you don't feel like calling today, doesn't care that someone else posted a shiny new strategy. The market only responds to volume and consistency and skill. That's it. So let me be very clear. Mastery is boring, it's repetitive, it's predictable, and it doesn't give you a dopamine hit. That's why most people never reach mastery. They confuse boredom with failure. The most profitable businesses in the world are boring. They're not chasing trends, they're not reinventing themselves every quarter, they're doing the same thing slightly better every single day. Now, here's the part that most people won't admit mastery removes excuses. When you stick to one system long enough, you can't blame the leads, you can't blame the market, and you can't blame the mentor. All that's left is execution, and that scares most people. So here's a rule: you don't need the best system, you need one that you can execute every single day. Whatever it is, cold calling, texting, direct mail, PPC, PPL, it doesn't matter. What matters is daily reps, tracking your numbers, and ruthless honesty with yourself. Mastery isn't 30 days, it's not 90 days, it's thousands of repetitions. It's staying long enough to get bored and staying anyway. That's where the separation happens. When a market shifts, you can adjust. When competition increases, you can optimize. When costs go up, you refine the messaging. You don't panic because you have a foundation. If you've been in this business for years and still don't have predictable results, you don't need another training or another mentor, another CRM, and especially another tactic. You need to stop quitting. So, no, I don't fear the wholesaler who's tried 10,000 tactics. I fear the one who mastered one tactic because they can turn it on whenever they want. That person doesn't hope for deals, they produce them. Now, if this hit you, do me a favor pick one system, commit to it, track everything, and stop looking for shortcuts because mastery is the shortcut. Let me know what you guys think in the comments. Show me some love, like today's video. We'll see you guys tomorrow.
