That was the end of his former life and the beginning of his venture into becoming a real estate investor. Since that moment, RJ has become an influential figurehead in the real estate investing industry. He has successfully purchased and sold over 2,000 properties all across the USA including wholesale deals, rehabs, rentals, owner finances and short term rentals. One of his passions is being the host of The Titanium Vault Podcast where he interviews the top real estate investors. So I'm not gonna lie to you guys. Today I woke up and I wanted to be a little bitch. I didn't want to work. I didn't want to do my one-on-one this morning with the TU member. I don't want to record this video. I don't want to be working. I want to be doing something fun and enjoying life and just not doing these predetermined, self-mandatory tasks that I have put upon myself. I think as an entrepreneur, each and every one of us feels this way at some point in time. But then I sit there and I ask myself during these moments, during these days where I don't want to do what I'm supposed to do, what I have set out to do each and every day. And I the questions I ask myself is, well, RJ, do you remember the times when you had less than a thousand subscribers on your YouTube channel and you were begging and pleading for the day when you would have 43,000 subscribers on your YouTube channel? Yeah, I do remember that. Do you remember the time when you didn't have a community of wholesalers across the world in six different continents that were relying on your leadership and you showing up each and every day? Yeah. I was begging for the opportunity for today to sit down with two gentlemen in Israel who are trying to virtually wholesale in the United States. Those are the people that were relying on me today to show up and not be a little bitch and to do my job and to be 100% present to be able to listen to the needs that they have so that they can go out and create their own reality. And so, despite the fact that I didn't want to today, because I am human, I have those feelings and those desires to not always do the task at hand, I still showed up because it is what I have asked for. And so if you are struggling during different days, putting in the reps, picking the phone up and calling sellers, whatever it is that you need to do today to move the needle, what you need to ask yourself is today, January 28th, 2026, will I be proud of myself on January 28th, 2027, for showing up and putting in the work? While I was having that one-on-one with the two gentlemen in Israel, I asked them, What can I help you with? What are you struggling with? And they started off with, we feel like we're all over the place. You know, we we don't know what we need to fix, whether it's how we taught to sellers, comping and underwriting. And I stopped them. And I told them that we have strategically built Titanium University a certain way where you can eliminate a lot of the learning curve that is necessary to be a successful virtual wholesaler. And you could really just prioritize being great at talking to sellers. If you could prioritize that skill set, and so the task that I set out before them is for the next six months, you are solely going to focus day in and day out on building up your skill sets on how to close deals, acquisitions. You have support with comping and underwriting, you have support with transaction coordination, and you have the support of the community when it comes to dispositions. So for the next six months, they are solely focused on that. So today, they have to put in the reps, they have to pick the phone up, they have to call the seller. What does that look like for you? What do you need to be focused on today? And show up and do it each and every day. Because a year from now, two years from now, you're gonna look back and you're gonna be so grateful to yourself that you weren't a little bitch and you showed up and you put in the work each and every day. There's a YouTube video that I recorded late 2024. It was a video about how I closed the deal through email only. Now, on the surface, it felt like a great story to share with you guys until it came time to turn the lights on, turn the camera on, and actually tell you guys the story. It was hard to try to bring the energy and make it a learning opportunity for you guys. But also, what was really hard was it was a day that I didn't want to do the task at hand. I was going out of town for a significant period of time. So I was trying to pre-record a bunch of videos. I had already done like 10 to 12 different videos pre-recorded, and this was the final one. It was late at night, everyone was gone from the office. I'm here all by myself, and I don't want to be here anymore. I want to be at home, I want to eat dinner, I want to unwind. I want to watch a sports game. I didn't want to record that video. But now here I am in January of 2026, and I am so damn proud of myself for pushing through that moment and recording that video, not because of that individual video and what it did. I don't even think it did that well in regards to views or comments or anything along those lines. It was about the fact that I understood my purpose, my vision of what I want to create as an entrepreneur, whether or not as a wholesaler or a content creator or as an educator in the wholesaling space, the fact that I could show up each and every day and not give in to my own personal desires to not want to do something one day, and say it is important to be consistent as a tree and show up and do the task at hand even when I don't want to. And so I'm proud of those days because today's not the first day that I haven't wanted to do this in the past two plus years. There's been many days that I haven't wanted to do this. I don't know what I'm gonna talk about. I've already said this, I've been repeating myself over and over and over again. Yet I don't know who hasn't watched what video and which time it's going to matter, when it's going to make a difference for you guys. And then I find out these two gentlemen in Israel, they watch my videos. It impacts them. It allows them to shut down their two other businesses in the past six months to solely focus on virtually wholesaling in the United States all the way from Israel. That is the reason why, even when I don't want to, I have to. Because it impacts people, it impacts myself, it impacts my team, it impacts my family, and it impacts complete strangers in other countries that want to create their own reality. That is the impact that showing up each and every day, even when I don't want to, has upon so many different lives. And so start applying some pressure to yourself, some self-accountability that even when you don't want to or it doesn't feel like it's necessary today, do it anyways. And then look back six months, a year from now, and realize how much of a difference you have made for your business and for your life. So if you don't want to today, that's okay. We all feel that way at different times. It's normal, but the difference makers are the ones that show up and do it anyways. Pre-plan what you're going to do, what task you have to do, have your days planned out. I knew what time I was going to have that one-on-one. I knew when I was going to record this video. So, despite the fact that I didn't want to, I still knew when I was supposed to do it and what I was supposed to do. And that was how it enables me to be able to successfully complete it day in and day out. So give yourself some grace, even if you don't want to. We all feel that way. Do it anyways. Don't be that little bitch. All right, guys. Let me know what you think in the comments.
