If you're watching this and you want success at wholesaling, but you feel lost, overwhelmed, and like you're stuck in the loop of learning, thinking, planning, watching videos, and still not consistently closing deals, this video is for you. Because in the last two years, I've watched Titanium University change people's lives. Not because we gave them some secret information, but because we gave them the one thing most wholesalers never build daily implementation inside the right environment. February 22nd is a special day. It's Titanium University's two-year anniversary. And it's also Titanium University's co-founder and my lovely business partner, Cassie Dehaas' birthday. So today I want to talk about what we built, why we built it, and most importantly, who it's actually for. Because TU is not for everybody. And I'm not here to do the rah-rah join my vein speech. I want to speak to the person who's been watching, who wants this. It feels like they're drowning in the steps. Here's what I've learned after years in this business. Most people don't fail in wholesaling because they're lazy. They fail because they're overwhelmed. They don't know what to do next. They don't know what matters today. They don't know what to ignore. They don't know what they're missing until it's too late. And worse, they're doing it alone. So every mistake feels like proof, they're not cut out for it. Every no feels personal. Every deal that doesn't close feels like the universe is telling them, see, this is it for you. But it's not that. It's usually something way simpler. They miss a step, they didn't have the right resource, they didn't have someone to pressure test the deal. They didn't have a buyer, they didn't have a JV partner, they didn't have a community that lives in execution every single day. That's what kills most wholesalers, not knowledge. So let me say something that throws people off. The education is free. A lot of it's free on this very YouTube channel. You can learn the basics of wholesaling without paying me a dime. So what is Titanium University then? TU is not information, TU is implementation. TU is the bridge between I understand wholesaling and I'm constantly and consistently closing. And that bridge is built with two things: daily action and the right people around you. Because if you don't change your environment, you don't change your outcomes. Two years ago, we created Titanium University for a very specific reason to give people an opportunity to create their own reality, not their dream, not their vision board, their reality. To take somebody who's tired of their current situation financially, mentally, emotionally, and give them a structure where they can actually build momentum. It's you proving to yourself, I'm not dabbling, I'm not watching from the sidelines, I'm not collecting information like it's a hobby, I'm ready to implement, and that matters. Titanium University is a community built to make sure closable deals don't get lost. That's it. Because a closable deal can still die if you don't know how to comp right, don't know how to structure the contract right, don't know how to communicate with the seller correctly, don't have in buyers, don't have JV partners, don't know how to dispo, don't know how to negotiate, don't know what to do when the title company asks a question you've never heard of before. And I've watched this happen thousands of times. People get something under contract and then they panic. They're like, okay, now what? And when they don't have the right environment, the deal just sits there and rots. Then they miss a deadline, or they fail to communicate, or they don't send it out to the end buyers properly, or they send it to the wrong buyers, or they don't have any buyers, or they don't have a JV partner, and then the seller cancels, or you have to terminate, the deal falls apart. They take a loss emotionally and mentally, and then they disappear from the industry altogether. TU is designed to stop that. Here's the simplest way to describe Titanium University: it's wholesaling with teammates, it's surrounding yourself with people doing the exact same thing as you every single day. Not uninterested in wholesaling, not thinking about getting started, not watching YouTube videos. Now, when I say we've changed lives, I don't mean that in some cheesy way, I mean real outcomes. I've watched happen over and over. People go from inconsistent to consistent, people go from afraid to confident, people go from I don't know what to do next, to executing with clarity. People go from the first deal to their second to momentum. People go from working alone to having a network. People go from spinning to stacking wins, and sometimes the life change isn't even the money first. Sometimes the first life change is they stop feeling lost. They finally feel like, okay, I'm not crazy, I'm not broken. I just needed a structure and a community. That's massive. Because when you remove overwhelm, you unlock action. And I want to say this clearly because a lot of people need to hear it. To be successful in wholesaling, you don't just learn a script and magically win. This business is a set of skill sets talking to sellers, handling objections, negotiating, analyzing deals, disphone communication, and consistency. And skill sets take time. So if you've been at this for a few months and you're thinking, man, maybe I'm behind. Maybe this isn't for me. You're not behind, you're just in the part nobody posts about. And yes, this can feel daunting, it can feel lonely, especially if you're trying to figure out while life is still happening around you. And that's one of the reasons TU is lifetime access. Health, family, stress, work, setbacks, and your pace changes, but your goal doesn't have to disappear just because your season changed. So the way we built TU is simple. It is not for someone who wants motivation, someone who wants magic words on a script, someone who wants to pay for confidence instead of earn it, someone who isn't going to take action because community doesn't save you, implementation saves you. Community just makes implementation inevitable if you show up. I want to challenge you with this. If your life isn't changing, your actions aren't changing. And if your actions aren't changing, your environment probably isn't changing. You can watch another hundred videos, you can screenshot another hundred posts, you can buy another hundred courses. But if you don't have daily implementation, you don't have progress. And if you don't have the right people around you, you'll keep doing what you've been doing. Starting, stopping, starting, stopping, and probably failing. TU was built to break that cycle. So here's the invitation.
