We have a saying at Titanium University, and it's create your own reality. That's our mantra. That's our motto inside of TU. That everyone that comes in, that's what you're aiming for. Once you wear this hat and you wear the name titanium across your chest, doing deals is no longer what you're after. Because doing deals is just by nature what we do. What you're after, what you're chasing, is to create your own reality, the reality that you desire, that you want in your life, whatever that looks like, and everybody's is different. And then we come across people like Cameron Laughren, who is someone that has found a way to create his own reality. And the way that he did that is by always listening. It's why he's successful on the phones, it's why he's built relationships inside of the community, and it's why he's been able to create his own reality. I have the honor of being able to lead people like Cameron, but to learn from people like Cameron, to see that the power of sitting back and not being the smartest guy in the room is so powerful. To see him come in with prior training inside of wholesaling that was not successful, that wasn't working, and him watch the modules. And the first module that we give you inside of TU is burn it down. Forget what you've been taught and truly give the titanium way of doing things an opportunity to grow its own legs and to show you that there's a different path. And he did that. And then he asked questions, he showed up to the daily implementation calls. He was able to get call reviews done by me, utilizing the comp portal to understand where in buyers buy, and he became better at locking up deals. But then from there, he moved on and he realized there's so much more to TU than just learning from RJ Cassie and Nick. It's each and every person inside of the community. And so he started building relationships, starting off with first class member Matt Doble and fifth class member Matt Bombage, and building a relationship with them and beginning to do acquisitions for them. Why? Not because he couldn't do it on his own, but he saw the power of not being the smartest guy in the room, learning from the veterans inside of the community that have been there before him, leveraging the opportunity that they were presenting, which was we'll fund the leads, you bring that manpower, that labor, and we'll show you how to get deals at great prices and show you how to make money wholesaling, not only from the education that we were bringing at titanium, but truly leveraging the opportunities that exist within the community. And from there, I've watched Cameron go from someone who had never done a deal to someone who that was able to make twelve thousand dollars within his first 30 days of being inside the community to then getting married, buying his first house, becoming debt-free, and then coming the day that I cherish so much. When on an implementation call, it got brought up. This is difficult. Still working my nine to five W-2, and I feel like I'm starting to gain traction. I understand what I'm doing. When should I quit my job? And again, Cameron leaned back into I want to listen. I don't want to be the smartest guy. I don't want him to pretend like I have all of the answers. I want to ask and I want to listen. And he listened to me, he listened to the community, he listened to the people that had known him and had seen his growth and the skill sets that he had developed. But more importantly, he leaned on the most important person in his life, his wife. Right here is a post that he made December 15th, 2025. Simple text message to his wife. RJ plus plenty of people chimed in that the job's holding me back from my true potential. I think it's time, but I need my rock to give me some insight. What a beautiful response that his wife said. I support you fully. I know you can do it. And so he did it. He put in his two weeks' notice, he quit his job, and this was what he was after when he joined Titanium University. He wanted to be able to create that reality, to have a home that he's never had before, and now he owns one, to be able to quit that W-2 and go out there and work on his own terms and have that reality. To now he can make however much money he wants to make on whatever time frame he wants to work. That's the opportunity that he has given to himself and now to his family. Cameron, I am so proud of you. And it is such an honor to be a part of your journey. And so I wanted to make this video so people could see the power of what Titanium University brings, but also to see someone like Cameron go out and do the things that people talk about all the time: quitting that job, buying that first house, being able to truly create an income that they couldn't make with just having a nine to five W-2 job. What's up, guys? My name is Cameron Mochran. I am a part of the 14th class with Titanium University, and I've been with Titanium for about six and a half, seven months now. Before Titanium, I was living paycheck to paycheck. I built up enough savings that I could buy a mentorship. I bought the wrong one. It was all scripts, fake underwriters, cold calling, triple line dialer, skip tracing, and I was going in a circle. I didn't have any deals locked up. I was having crappy conversations, and I was just sitting there not knowing what I was doing wrong. There was no education. It was just flat out, this is how you do it, go do it. And I would put a question in the community, wouldn't get an answer. I go back to the drawing board. I find RJ, and I'm like, I don't have the money to do this, but I'm gonna pay attention to his YouTube, right? I'm watching his YouTube, I go online and I book a call with Garrett just to see what what it's about, what I could do to make it work. Because I was dead set on making something work. Garrett tells me the price. I'm like, I can do that too. Like, I know I can. So I call Garrett back and I'm like, hey man, I just took a loan out. Let's put it on the credit card, let's split it with the loan, you know, like let's make something happen. So I get into titanium, and within my first 30 days, I close the deal for$12,000. And I do have a W-2. Six and a half months later, I've had a net profit of$30,000. I'm actually leaving my W-2 and buying my first house next week. So if you were to ask me six and a half months ago that I would be buying my first house and leaving my job, I would tell you you're crazy. There's no no way possible that I'm able to do that. I'm completely out of debt. It's it's been a true blessing, and it's all thanks to Titanium University. If it wasn't for the community, if it wasn't for RJ, if it wasn't for Cassie, Nick, I don't know where I'd be. I don't know what I'd be doing. You know, I I can't look back and see it going any other way. I'm just truly blessed that I found titanium, that I found the community, and I built relationships, I put myself in vulnerable situations, everyone's afraid of judgment, everyone's afraid of being wrong. And the biggest thing is, is you have to take imperfect action. You have to be willing to be wrong to be right. So I'm just truly blessed. And to anyone on the edge of should I join titanium, is it the right move for me? It is. It a hundred percent is. It's worth every penny plus some. I'm mind-blown on the amount of value you get for the for the price they're charging. So if you're on the edge, just do it. I promise you, you will not, will not be upset with what you get in Titanium University. My favorite part about the community is the love, the support, and the education. The amount of people that are willing to help you is hands down insane. You put a question in the community, boom, it's answered. There is no guess. You don't know about your numbers, you put in the comp portal. They tell you what your number should be and why. It's incredible. You join the implementation calls and have live conversations with RJ and Cassie, Nick. Like, it's incredible. I I I can't stress it enough on how much they have changed my life, how much value they have provided me, and that's ultimately why I'm in the position I am today. So, join titanium.
