What's going on, everybody? Welcome to The King Closer Reacts. I am the King Closer, RJ Base the third, and this is the series where I'm going to watch a bunch of videos that completely disagree with everything. Let's get into the first video.
SPEAKER_01Do you have a problem in your life right now that you just can't seem to figure out the solution for? I would argue that it's not really a problem at all that you have, but rather a decision that you are unwilling to make that's causing a situation in your life that is not optimal. Let's say you're overweight. Is that a problem? Or just that you haven't made the decision to work out and not eat like an asshole. Let's say you don't have enough money in your bank account, or not the amount of money that you want. Is that a problem? Or rather that you haven't made the decision to become the type of person that makes whatever money they want because they set their goals and they attack them until they get what they need. Something to think about.
SPEAKER_05So I agree with with Chris here to a certain degree. I sometimes when I watch these types of videos, it's like the the message is very clear and it's correct to a certain extent, but then it's there's people out there that are like, I've made that decision. I wanna I want to make the money. And I'm going out, and sometimes the circumstances that have surrounded them have not allowed that to take place yet. And I know this because I've trained thousands of people at this point. And I see people that have the skill sets that are dedicated, they're putting in the work. I see them putting in the work and they haven't gotten there yet. And so just because one day you wake up and you say, I am the person that's going to make$5 million a year, doesn't necessarily mean that you automatically go make$5 million. You it's important to believe that. But it's also important to give yourself some grace to learn the skill sets that are needed to allow the uh natural attrition rate of business to take place. And so the point is valid that Chris is trying to make, but also if you're in a position where you're like, yeah, I don't have the amount of money that I want in my bank account, don't beat yourself up over it and think it's just because of what you're saying inside, you know, between your two ears. It could also be because of the circumstances that are taking place, and you have to allow that to come to fruition. So, good point. Just a little bit of context needed there for some other people.
SPEAKER_03Have you ever wondered why it takes some wholesalers so long to succeed and yet other ones they get started and right away they have success? Here's what it is. I've been coaching now for probably like four or five years. And one thing I've noticed with a lot of people that struggle the most, the common pattern is their fear of failure, right? So they're so scared, so scared of making a mistake, of doing the wrong list, of doing the wrong strategy, of all these things that they take forever to actually take action. And because they take forever to take action, they never succeed. You're gonna succeed so much faster if you at least try it, realize it doesn't work, why it didn't work, make pivots, get better, and then you're gonna start having some traction and success. But if you stay in fear mode of always wanting to make the best decision, the right decision, because what if it doesn't work? Guess what? What you're doing right now doesn't work either.
The Simple Seller Call Script
SPEAKER_05So fear is a problem for a lot of people. I also think sometimes people mistake their busyness or the activity that they put forth in the wholesaling as really trying. Um I I think there's a lot of people out there that that don't really work that hard. I think work ethic is a massive problem in our industry. And it makes sense. I mean, when you think about it, it's I mean, we we see it every single week on here, you know, no cash. That's okay. Get into wholesaling. This is how you do it for free. Well, who's that attracting? That's attracting people that never found a way to make money in their life. Probably for a reason, you know, and now all of a sudden it's we're gonna click and we're gonna start having this amazing work ethic and really succeed into something. That fear of failure, though, is real for a lot of people. There are people that literally mentally mind fuck themselves and just sit there and spin in circles and go, I don't know what I'm supposed to do first. I'll tell you, it's pick up the phone and call a seller. That's where you've got to start. If you don't do that, everything else is irrelevant. If you have a house you want to sell, how much do you want for it? What do you got going on? Why do you need to sell it for a discount? It's that simple. You start doing that over and over and over again, you'll find yourself in a position where you could have success.
SPEAKER_04Reversit. Do you know how many people hate working with real estate brokers and don't want to spend the time to go through the process of having their house on the market for 90 days just to be disappointed and not have it solved? What we do is we give you instant solutions for the for getting out of the ownership of your house. Solutions that sometimes take less than 24 hours. Okay. And if you say that to people, you know, they'll go, I need that, or I know somebody needs that, or they'll say, those people must be crazy. I'm on the other side of the equation. What can you do? You don't want them all. Okay? But you say the the the intels do the same thing. I'm in the hotel house business. You want to check it down. If you'd like if you'd like to sell your house instantly, get cash, get rid of your problems, not have to deal with realtors and spend 90 days waiting to see if it sells, I'm in the hotel house business. I'll buy your house instantly. Now, by staying hotel, you also told them hey, you're going to get a lot of money. Okay. Who else we got here? It's got theirs. Okay, let's go get some wisdom from Uncle Dick.
SPEAKER_06Oh, bro. How does that end with let's go get some wisdom from Uncle Dick? Bro, where did you find that? 1985? That was wild. That was the most old school grainy footage ever.
SPEAKER_05As a reel, that is hilarious. But he does have some valid points. That is as simple as what we're doing. Do you want to avoid these problems? Let me solve it. This is what I could do for you. I love the part where he says, and by saying wholesale, you're saying you ain't gonna get a lot of money. Oh man, let's go talk to Uncle Dick.
SPEAKER_0040 45 grand. So, anyways, RVM is a very good strategy. Obviously, you have to, you know, do these things. You know, I'm not an attorney or any of those kind of things, so be cautious because there are some rules and regulations that have come down the pipe um, you know, in recent months that um, you know, like it's always been, you know, spam calls, cold calling, RVMs, and text messages obviously have always kind of been frowned upon, but um sometimes they're they're cracking down on a little bit more depending on where you live. But at the same time, you know, I just keep doing things. I just keep doing business as usual, and I worry about the repercussions later if they are to happen. And, you know, if something happens, it's just the cost of doing business, is the way I see it. Um just like I did get sued for cold calling um a couple of years ago, and it didn't really phase me. It cost me 10 grand, but we didn't stop cold calling. I actually ramped it up even more. We were just more careful on um scrubbing against that's wild.
Viral Wholesaling Hype And Branding
SPEAKER_05That's wild. Um, so he's talking about ringless voicemails, okay? Um those were fantastic in 2017. It is now 2026. Please don't do it. Okay? Just don't. I'm just gonna tell you. You they will sue you, your mom, your future kids. They will blast you into just the desert of business, okay? Please do not do ringless voicemails anymore. And I get it, there's gonna be someone that watches this and says, I do it all the time. That's great, good for you. I'm not gonna be that guy on the internet. Okay, I've I've been sued for cold calling and texting many years ago. Um, majority of the time it was because of a mistake, like he said, not scrubbing against the DNC or a known litigator list. Um, but we have things in place now. There are softwares that avoid this for you, but when you do ringless voicemail, specifically in certain states, I mean, you could absolutely be sued by every single one of them. And I know people that have faced seven-figure class action lawsuits against their business where they didn't have that kind of money. So, unless you are ready to potentially ruin your life, do not listen to that reel.
SPEAKER_02What the fuck? I literally made$20,000 today, so I decided to buy a Tesla. Go to maxdispo.com. They'll sell your contract in less than 72 hours anywhere in the US. Now all you gotta do is find the property and get it under contract. Hey, ChatGBT, what city do hedge funds buy houses in? Indianapolis. Go to Zillow and look for ugly houses in Indianapolis. Boom. This one's perfect.

SPEAKER_02Now just send them a contract for 110,000. And if it's a good deal, Max Dispo may be able to sell it for 130,000. That's how Skyler, who's 20 years old, made$41,000. This is actually Skylar's car. I bought the car from Skylar because he made so much money that now he's buying a Range Rover. Wholesaling real estate makes way too much fucking money. SPEAKER_06What the fuck? Gas prices, I'm buying a Tesla. This is what I do, and it's so hilarious because it's like he makes it sound so simple in the in the reels, but like I know he does so much more, and he's like the sweetest guy in person.
SPEAKER_05Like he showed up to Element 22, which is like our little TU get together, and he showed up wearing a pirate hat with his little tiny dog.
SPEAKER_06I think his dog's name was Ranger or something, and he was like this little big, you know, and he was just like the sweetest, nicest little guy, but online he's like this whole personality, and it's hilarious because it's working for him.
SPEAKER_05That's the wild thing about the internet, is like you can totally just become somebody else.
SPEAKER_06Is wholesaling that easy? To a certain degree, yeah. Does it work for everybody that way?
