Proof Wholesaling Can Work

If you're a part of Titanium University, today's video is for you to show you that this works. If you're not a part of Titanium University and you were just scrolling YouTube and you saw this video and you don't know what I'm talking about, this video is to show proof of concept that wholesaling real estate can allow you to create your own reality. However, what I want to point out today with four different individuals that have shared their journey, their story, what's going on in their life currently, what they had to go through to create their own reality. Because sometimes we look at it and we see the result. And we don't look at the journey. We don't look at the struggles that they had to go through, how long it took, all of the hours, all of the failures that had to go along, and also life's tribulations that come along. We all have them. We all have sickness, health issues, death of a loved one, things that go on, life that takes us away from this perfect little path that we thought entrepreneurship was going to look like. In the past 24 hours, I said these past four individuals that are all titanium university members that I love to death. I love each of them. And I just, you guys are gonna have to bear with me because I don't have a script today. I'm just speaking from my heart. I don't think I can do justice for either of any of these individuals to share how much their success means to me and Cassie and Nick and the whole titanium team. But I said this in one of these posts. These individuals are the types of people that when we thought about starting titanium university, these are the types of people that we wanted to work with. These are the people that we envision working with and seeing them buying into what we were teaching, going all in on the system, and then truly deciding that whatever their reality looked like, because each one of these individuals have different visions for themselves, what they want their life to look like. Wholesaling real estate is just the vehicle that they are taking to get to that destination. Then seeing them come in and be just not only amazing members of the community, uh, but just great people. People that come in and truly want to help others, that want to lift a handout, do deals with other community members, give the knowledge that they've obtained, whether it was from some of them from day one when TU started to joining later on to coming on and running implementation calls, hopping into Discord and helping the newer members. The reason why TU is such a special place is because of people like these four. And so I want to start off with Mr. Garen Castle, who made this post in the middle of the night last night. And as you can see, you'll see these are Facebook posts. You'll see the when they got posted. This was 11 hours ago. Uh, from really I'm I'm recording this right now on April 30th, 2026 at 2 p.m. Uh, Garen says, My wife's last day working ever is tomorrow. We are retiring her. I mean, when you think about how amazing of a statement that is, that Garen has gotten to a point to where now his wife can stop working, be there with the kids. Because I don't think most people realize this about Garin. He talks about it, some, but he puts so much content out there himself inside the community that he has been a stay-at-home dad this entire time that he's been inside of TU. They're about to have another baby. It's due on May 24th, but it looks like the baby's gonna be here a lot sooner than that. But this guy has been taking care of his boys, solo parenting all day, dropping them off at school, hanging out with the baby. I mean, I've seen it, I've talked about it. I mean, he's literally carrying the baby around during implementation calls, trying to ask questions, trying to figure out how to wholesale since day one. He's in amazing shape. I mean, he literally posted a video, I think today or yesterday, of him doing like 14 45 pound weights on some squat rack. This dude's like gotten super jacked, and he was fat when he joined TU, and now he's like super jacked. And he's bound to wait to retire his wife. He's closed these deals, he's been consistent. This is the reality that Garen wanted to create when he joined this community. And I could not be any more proud of Garen and what he's been able to accomplish. But it's not only Garen, it's also his wife for supporting him, for working while he was learning a new career path and supporting him on this and believing in it. And now here they are, where what they envisioned, what they wanted when Garen joined in the ninth class of TU is now a reality. And like he said, of course, they're gonna have this baby and he's gonna have to be there and help take care. But once they settle in, it's game on. Garen Castle is finally going to be full-time virtual wholesaler. I couldn't be more excited and proud of you, Garen. It's just that was one of the most amazing posts. I it was such a gift for me to wake up to this morning and read, and I'm so proud of you guys. Congratulations on everything. Retiring the wife, going full-time, and of course, for the health of your new baby here very, very soon. The next verse I want to talk to, talk about is Titanium University's Miracle Woman. I I've had her on my YouTube channel. We've talked about her, Miss Danielle Ellsworth. This woman was just recently interviewed by Yuri over at Speed Elite. And this, I guess this is an impromptu podcast that they did. And the the reason why I want to talk about Danielle is because one, she's an amazing human being, and I could always talk about her and her journey. But when we talk about creating your own reality, the different paths that you're going to take, Danielle still works her W-2 while running a six-figure a month wholesale operation. Now she's got partners, she's got team members that she's working with, but this woman came to Tu without any proof of concept. She came basically broken when it comes to what she thought she could or couldn't do in the wholesaling industry. Over six figures invested into another program that screwed her over. I mean, she almost didn't join Tu because she was so gun shy. Like, I don't know if I could do that again. And then that's only a part of her story. Most people would have just given up on this with that tribulation alone. But this woman battled stage four cancer, she's lost her mom. She's had so many things that have gone on that most people would have looked at it and said, There's my excuse plus a story. Danielle looks at it and says, That's just part of my journey, and I'm gonna work around that. She has continued to do that, she's been with us since day one. She continues to impress me every single day, and now within the community, she has partnered up with Brittany and Artie, and they've become a powerhouse dispo team inside the community that helps support so many of the newer members when they get their first properties under contract because she is a dispo house and she's in there. I now actually get to see her work every day. I get to work with her and see the impact that she's making on other people's businesses. I just I'm so proud of Danielle and her entire team, but her path is so different than so many other people would envision, right? It's not just about, hey, here's the cookie cutter way that it has to look when you're an entrepreneur. Danielle is taking a different path. And she's saying, hey, this is what I want my future to look like. She's creating that each and every day. And if you have not connected with her, you absolutely should on Facebook. The next person I want to talk to about is TU's own Mr. Wrestling Coach, Andrew. Um Andrew posted this yesterday that a year ago today he joined TU. And at that point, he was looking for something to supplement his family's income. And now he has proven the concept after closing these deals. I think he says he's he's closed$220,000 worth of deals while being a full-time teacher, a full-time wrestling coach. He's now going to be quitting his job and going full-time into wholesaling. And this is one of those moments for me that I want everybody to understand. They what they're going to see is$220,000 in closing funded deals, retiring from coaching and teaching to go full-time. What they don't see is the time, effort, and energy that he put in before a year ago, before joining TU, other programs, other trials and failures, now getting into TU, working full-time job, supplementing his income to the tune of$220,000, which the majority of people would be more than happy if that was their full income, which by the way, that did exceed his full income in that year. He does all of that to now be able to retire from teaching and coaching and go full-time into this, then have an exciting new chapter in his life with his family. And when I talk to Andrew and he talks about how this was possible, he breaks it down into the basics that we teach here at TU. That the basics that we don't only teach inside of TU, but we teach on this YouTube channel. Hedgehog concept, stop searching for unicorns, focus your habits, no excuse plus a story, create your own reality, the closers formula, the web formula, the dispo formula. He just embraced all of those. He just wanted to supplement his income. And now he's going to be able to go full-time. It's an amazing journey that I watched Andrew on. And what's hilarious is I don't even really get to spend a lot of time with Andrew because he is a full-time teacher and coach. So I rarely get to see him on implementation calls. I just get to really see the results of him watching those, the replays of the implementation calls and the YouTube videos and all these things. That's what's led to Andrew's long-time success. So despite the fact that he's been a part of the community for a year, I've actually spent very, very little time with him. And to see the impact that it's been able to make on his life is invaluable. The last person, certainly not least, another first-class TU OG, Mr. Tyler Osborne. This Tyler was one of those guys that was talking to me before TU was even a thing. And the moment that we created TU, he was like, I've got to get in there. And since day one, he's been a huge part of creating that culture inside of the community of what it means to be a TU member. I think almost everybody would look at it and say, Tyler Osborne is a perfect example of what it means to be a TU member, to take this information, give back. He's got his own YouTube channel, he's got his own school group. He's out there trying to help other people create their own reality just by sharing his journey. And now here he is getting his first office. And I told him in the post, I said, hilarious that of course, 22, which is titanium's element number. That's why we are called titanium because mine and Cassie's number is 22. Of course, 22 had to be in the office address number. Um, this is a monumental moment for Tyler because Tyler is growing and evolving as an entrepreneur on what he's prioritizing. And he's constantly analyzing what's important to him. Nationwide wholesaler. Now he's just he's to from Ohio, right? He's the guy that does anything and everything inside of the state of Ohio. At first, it was time. I don't know if I want to get my own office, I don't know if I want to grow my own team. I'm fairly certain that his wife finally said, You got to get out of the house, bro. Go get you an office. But this is a huge step for him. And so over the past 24 hours, as I sit here and I watch Garren talk about retiring his wife, I see Danielle featured on Speed Lead's post about overcoming cancer and her mom's death and the six-figure loss through another program to now being able to create her own reality inside of TU and Andrew quitting his job and going full-time. Tyler getting his first office. This is all in the span of 24 hours. It is possible to create your own reality inside of TU, inside of wholesaling. But the journey that these four individuals have been on, it's not easy. It's not just as simple as, hey, I'm gonna watch some YouTube videos and learn how to talk to sellers and comp and underwrite. These people are dedicated to the craft, to actually going in and learning the skills that are necessary day in and day out, constantly working to get better, overcoming anything and all these obstacles that have been put in front of their lives. Garen sitting there and being full-time dad, carrying a baby around, talking about on his post how some days he's only able to get a handful of dials out because of his other life duties. Danielle being a high-performing executive in her job where she can rarely work during certain hours during the day, and having to leverage her partnerships and work during down hours and on the weekends. He thought he was gonna be climbing poles and doing other things for 30 plus years. He went all in on this, and now here we are two, two and a half years later, where the reality is starting to become all right, getting his first office. This is real, this is tangible. It is possible, but these individuals are the perfect example of not falling victim to life circumstances and finding a way to overcome them and prioritizing that no matter what, I am going to find a way to create my own reality through wholesaling. I am so honored to be a small part of these four individuals' journeys, the path to success, and I cannot wait to continue working with them. That's the beautiful thing about TU. It's for life. I want to, I can't wait to see where each one of them are five years from now, 10 years from now, we're gonna still be working together, and I'm so excited about that. So, to Garen, to Danielle, to Andrew, to Tyler, congratulations. I'm so proud of you. I love each and every one of you. I can't wait to see where you go from here. I just wanted to share this. I I honestly I don't know how to say it other than I'm just a proud dad today. That's all it is. I just wanted to share this. Hopefully, for those of you that have watched this long, this is inspires you. It shows you what's possible. But also let it be a message to you that it's not going to be easy, but it is possible.
