Price, Payment Plans, And Trust

All right, so I get a ton of questions about Titanium University, and I'm going to answer all of the biggest ones right here, right now. Starting off with how much does Titanium University actually cost? Well, it's $6,999 for our full one-time payment, and that's for lifetime access. We do have payment plans available. No Sales Background Needed

What if you don't have any sales experience or you feel uncomfortable negotiating? That's fine. To be honest with you, I would prefer that you don't have any sales experience because those are the hardest people to change their mindset. Because, quite frankly, we aren't doing sales. We are during dispositions, but during acquisitions, we're a buyer. And I want you to follow the closer's formula and I want you to burn it down and forget everything that you previously have learned in your sales experience. Now, if you're uncomfortable negotiating, fantastic. We aren't really negotiating, we're solving people's problems. We're diagnosing why they're motivated and why they would want to sell a piece of real estate for a discount and then offering a solution. So don't think about it as negotiating.

Free Content Versus Paid Implementation

Why should you pay for TU when there's so much free wholesaling content online? Well, that's a great question because you are not paying for education, you are paying for implementation. Every single day, we are there to answer the questions that are going on in your business, things that you're struggling with today and yesterday, and how do you pivot and make adjustments? And listen, I give free videos on my YouTube channel every single day, and I have for over 850 straight days. So I'm not asking you to give me money for education. I give that to you for free. I'm there to help you in your journey. The questions that you're going to have tomorrow and the questions that you're going to have five years from now that maybe a YouTube video wouldn't be able to answer. What if you live in a small town or rural area with no real estate activity? Well, fantastic because that's irrelevant to what you're going to be doing because you should be a virtual wholesaler going to where the real estate activity is happening. So that's irrelevant and you don't have to worry about that. How

Legal Fears, Time Limits, And Fit

do you know you won't get sued or make costly legal mistakes? Well, one, there are things that we can do to make sure that you're doing things above board and you don't make any legal mistakes as far as following the regulations and doing everything correctly with the contracts and the paperwork. That's also part of the education process that we give out. But the reality of it is, if you're in business, you're going to get sued at some point in time. Anyone can sue you for anything. So this really shouldn't be a fear. It should be just the reality of someone out there is going to be crazy enough to sue you. Just make sure you didn't do the thing that they're suing you for. What if you can't dedicate full-time hours to this business? That's fine. We have plenty of members that have both started with full-time W-2s and eventually quit. In fact, just last night, somebody quit their job, and last week, I think like three people quit their job. It's normal for you to have a full-time position somewhere else and you do this part-time. Just set the expectation that when you get started, you will have part-time results with the part-time effort. Why is there an application process? And what if you don't get accepted? Well, it's very simple. The application process is because our community is important, our community is special. And it's special because of the people inside of it. Starting with the people from the first class, like Tyler Osborne and JW and Galen and Danielle, these people came in and they set the standard for what it means to be a TU member. And the reason why we have an application process is because we want to make sure you're not an asshole. Because if you are, I don't need your money that bad enough. So we'll just decline you. So if you're not an asshole, then you'll probably be let in. If you are, well, you're not going to be in the family. What guarantees does TU offer if this doesn't work for you? Nothing. And the reason why is because I have no idea what your work ethic is. I have no idea if you're going to come in, if you're going to learn, if you're going to implement, and if you're going to show up consistently day in and day out, that is necessary in order for you to get results. So I don't offer any guarantee of what you can do. But what I can guarantee you is, is my team and myself will show up every single day and be available to help you with anything that you have going on inside of your wholesaling and real estate investing business. That is the guarantee that I will give you, and that will never go away. That's why we give you lifetime access.

Realistic Deal Timelines And Profit

How many deals can you realistically expect to close in your first 90 days? Well, going back to the last question, honestly, some people come in, they get deals on day one, and some people don't get deals for six months. It all comes down to what skills do you have today? What work ethic do you have, and how quickly do you learn? For some people, they need to take two to three weeks to really understand what wholesaling is. Some people come in and they're already wholesaling successfully, they just want to get more deals. Well, those people can get deals very quickly. For someone that doesn't know anything about wholesaling, it's going to take some time. So the answer is it depends. What's the average profit per deal that a titanium university student makes? Well, the average assignment fee across the United States is right around $15,000. Ours is just south of that at $14,700-something dollars because we do deals in all 50 states. So ours is a little bit less because guess what? You go get a deal in Jackson, Mississippi. Well, it's going to be a little bit lower of an assignment fee than a deal that you get in in San Francisco, California, or Dallas, Texas. So the location does matter, the price point matters, and also how well you negotiate that contract down and how well you build relationships with your in buyers to get them to pay you more. So it all depends. How many hours per week do you need to commit to see consistent results? Preferably, you're at least putting in two to three hours a day, five days a week, if you have a full-time job. If you do not have a full-time job, I need you putting in eight to nine hours a day. Come on. If you want this to be your career, treat it like a career, treat it like a business that you're starting. The facts are the key word here is consistent. If you can consistently put in work each day, day in and day out, then that's where you will see consistent results. When can you expect to replace your full-time income with wholesaling? Some people have been able to come in and do it as short as 30 days, some people it's taken a year. Andrew, he just quit his job. He's been in the group for over a year. Some people have been in for two years and they're not going to replace their full-time income because that wasn't their goal. So, in reality, it all comes down to how quickly do you adapt, how quickly do you build those skill sets? And are you leveraging and utilizing the resources that we give you inside the community? The course, the implementation calls, the office hours, the Discord, the live seller call reviews, the comp reviews, all of that matters on how quickly you can replace income. What

Daily Coaching Support And Tools

kind of support will you have access to after you complete the initial training? Daily. We have the daily implementation calls. Today's implementation call was two and a half hours, and that was for one live seller call review. But what I can tell you, there was 140 people on that Zoom call listening to that live seller call review, and it was highly engaging. Probably 25 different members had feedback for that member on that seller call, talking about their own calls that have gone similar to that. That is what you experience day in and day out. Later today, we'll have an office hours training run by Danny Herman, the Titanium Investments General Manager, who was also a TU member at one point in time. This training is every single day because that's what it requires. It requires that constantly working on your craft, learning how to do acquisitions better, comping and underwriting better, how to build relationships with during dispositions, and how to overcome all of the craziness during transaction coordination. So the training and the support is every single day for the lifetime of Titanium University. How long does it take to build a reliable buyer's list from scratch? It already exists in the softwares that we use. So you don't need to build a buyer's list, you just need to swipe your card and get access to the softwares that we use for just a couple hundred bucks a month. Or you can leverage the dispo houses inside of the community for a percentage of the profit from the deal. So you, if you don't want to do dispositions, you don't have to.

Consistency, Updates, Costs, And Scaling

What percentage of TU members actually close their first deal within six months? To be honest with you, I don't know that number. I don't keep track of that because I don't judge members based off of how many closed deals they get. Some people come in and they need six months just to get their head right. They need six months to figure out how to talk to sellers. I don't give up on those people. I pour into those people. I find ways to get them more leads, more reps, more questions answered inside the community. So I don't sit there and judge the ones that are able to get a deal on day one. Brett Poe is a great example of someone that came in on the first day. He made $10,000 on a signed and closed and funded deal. Well, that's fantastic. Just earlier this week, I poured into him for 45 minutes on the implementation call about some of the struggles that were going on. It isn't about the result, it isn't about that one-time win or the next five wins. It's about building something that is consistent in your life that can help you create your own reality. That is our goal. How often is the TU program content updated with new strategies and market changes? It's always being updated. As things change, as the world changes, as new vendors come in and new strategies, we're always updating the program. What ongoing costs should you budget for beyond the program investment? Nothing in regards to Titanium University. Once you pay us, you do not pay us ever again. The only thing that you're going to need to invest in are leads and the softwares that you're going to use. So that's a comping software, you're probably going to need a CRM, and you're probably going to need some disposition software eventually when you take that on inside of your wholesaling business. If you have a couple grand a month, it's more than enough to get started. How quickly can you scale from one deal per month to multiple deals? And listen, these are the questions that you guys ask over and over and over again. And the answer is always going to be that's up to you. What I can promise you is I'll show up every single day. Cassie will show up every single day. We'll pour into you. We will answer every single question that you guys have. We have never in the history of Titanium University ended an implementation call without answering every single question that the members had. We'll always have the seller call reviews, we'll always have the comp portal. We'll always have the dispo teams ready to help you scale from that one deal to multiple deals. But in reality, when I need a commitment from you, are you willing to show up as often as we are? Are you willing to show up every single day, put in the work, leverage those resources, and show up? Because if you are, then you'll scale very quickly from one deal to multiple deals. But if you don't, I have no idea how long it will take. So those are the most frequently asked questions in regards to what it is that you get at Titanium University and the objections and the fears that you guys have.
