877 days ago, I made a commitment that I was going to release a YouTube video every single day, and the reason behind that was the mission was to eliminate all excuses anybody would have to not succeed as a virtual wholesaler. Why? Because virtually wholesaling real estate changed my life. And it's what I'm passionate about. I want to see other people come in and be able to succeed doing this. It's going to be my legacy, it's going to be what I leave behind, knowing that I impacted thousands of people wholesaling, which in turn led to tens of thousands, if not millions, of people's lives impacted because of the transactions that are done wholesaling real estate. The Real Excuses People Use

I've seen what you guys need. And I've seen it and I've heard it. And I've heard the excuses and the reasons why you guys can't succeed. I don't know what to say to sellers. I don't know how to be just like you, RJ. I don't have access to leads. Okay, so let's remove one more excuse.

The $27 Blueprint Lead Credit Deal

Now we've had this for a while, but I've never actually directly come on the YouTube channel and kind of brought it to the forefront. So imagine a scenario in which two competing lead providers, speed the lead and lead Zolo, would pay you for buying my training course on how to close sellers. And as of right now, the only people that are closing deals consistently and consistently buying leads from us are titanium members. So can we pay them to buy that training? That's the reality. how to speak to them, to know the seller avatars, to know what the four seller buckets means, to understand how to obliterate objections, what happens when a seller ghosts you.
