Unmet needs were categorised in four ways which included the need to belong, to feel safe and secure, the need for autonomy with a sense of accomplishment and fourth the need for a coherent and benign narrative of worth and being loved. This podcast throws up a fifth need which is the 'Need for Justice' and how NVR has ignored this 'big elephant' in the room. How do we help adults to initiate justice seeking for their young person and to hold an accountability for their own past failures by using methods such as self announcements whilst continuing to show commitment and responsibility for the future.
