191. Pt. 2: Conscious Cowboys’ Cheat Codes

This episode is a continuation of ep. 190, where we chat about the many “cheat codes” that us Cowboys live by. This list is always evolving, so we give ourselves grace and know that although this list is ever-changing the cheat codes that we speak about in this episode will always hold value when it comes to this brand and how we represent ourselves. 

We get into the perks of time management, sh*t talking, practicing consideration, regulating our nervous systems, being intentional with how we choose our thoughts, being mindful of our emotions and inquisitive as to WHY we’re having them in the first place (game-changer), being conscious about social media use, resting vs. rotting, analysis paralysis, the benefits of tapping into nostalgia, not competing with other women, and some dating revelations.
