The Surprising Technique I Use to Achieve My Goals One Small Step at a Time!

Ever set a big, exciting goal for yourself? You might start off by writing down the goal, and then alllll the steps needed to bring it to fruition. And then you look down at your giant list and think to yourself, "Yikes! That's a lot of work!" And then you shelve the goal and over-think and over-analyze and can't seem to get started.
I have been there!
So today I'm sharing with you how I use a 10 minute timer (yes! a simple timer!) to motivate me into ACTION day after day. I use this to move be closer to achieving my goals...and it even works for keeping my house clean too. Can you say win-win?!
