A workplace mass shooting caused a crisis in Wayne's life and he gave his life to Christ after years of inner struggle. Today, he is the founder of a workplace ministry called Work In the Light, helping people see their work as a God-honoring calling to serve Him and others. Wayne is the author of an excellent book titled Work In the Light, An Interactive Guide to Transforming Your Career with New Purpose and Meaning. He is also the host of the Work is Calling podcast.
