A discussion with Nate Clapp, MD, MPH, MS, FAAFP

Nate Clapp is a very recent graduate of the Occupational and Environmental Medicine residency at the University of California San Francisco, finishing on June 30th.  He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego and obtained his MD at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD, in 2000.  Dr. Clapp is Board-Certified in Family Medicine, completing his residency at Naval Hospital Pensacola, FL.  He is a Navy veteran, serving as a Family Physician and Flight Surgeon in a variety of duty stations in the United States, overseas and on ship.  He obtained a Master’s of Science with a focus on Emergency and Disaster Management from Touro University International in 2008 and completed a Master’s of Public Health at the University of California Berkeley in 2019.
