Show Notes

Today I was lucky enough to sit with a good friend of mine, Michael Seaborne, to discuss the power of community, dancing and breaking stereotypes. Michael is part of a fantastic group called Outta Puff Daddys. Outta Puff Daddys is a dad's only dance crew based in Brighton. Michael talks candidly about the group and how they encourage each other to prioritise their mental health through reaching out, talking about what's on their mind, and of course, dancing. It truly is a fantastic group and such a joy to watch these talented dads do what they love, and do it well for that matter!

Michael also shares his personal journey with his mental health as a man in modern-day society and touches on really important topics. A truly gentle soul, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to what Michael had to say and I encourage you all to listen to this episode with an open mind and an open heart.
