Wellness begins not with just the food you eat, but with the attitude, the words, and the mindset you carry towards your body. So many of us live inside of complicated relationships with our bodies. What would it feel like to love the body you're in, and to cultivate a healthy relationship with your body? On this short episode, I jump on to tell you a bit of my story of coming back home to my body. 

Then I offer you four practical tips on how create a healthy mindset when it comes to your physical body. You are your biggest health advocate, and in a time like this it's crucial that we learn to listen to our bodies, trust our instincts, and create longterm and healthy relationships with the bodies that we're in!
