A spontaneous and unplanned episode of my thoughts I was having on my walk. I was walking and realised I was stressing out about what I wasn't doing and feeling so inadequate of my work ethic of late but WHY. I couldn't find the answer with all the noise and not giving myself the time and space to get into why I was feeling like this!
I hope you find this relatable and gives you an idea of what you CAN do when you are faced with the feeling of 'I'm not doing enough' / 'I'm not enough'.
Tomorrow doesn't exist - you only have the present moment.
