My guest on the podcast this week is Mahesh Pamnani. Mahesh is the founder and Chief Happiness Officer, at Inspire2Aspire Consulting. With more than 10 years of  experience delivering Corporate Wellness programs. Mahesh teaches employers and employees how to achieve optimum health, wellness, happiness and success in their careers, their relationships and their daily lives. 

 He has a Master’s degree in Behavioural Health from HKU and has studied Positive Psychology under Dr. Tal Ben Shahar at the Wholebeing Institute in USA. He is well-versed in positive leadership and neuroscience. He is also a Laughter Yoga teacher, an active Yoga practitioner and has delivered two TEDx Talks.

In the podcast Mahesh goes into detail of the health challenges he faced and how with assistance of his doctor, the support of his family and those close to him he managed to turn around his health.

 Mahesh is a life long learner and following his return to health, helping others become healthy is an ongoing priority. He wants to be a positive role model using evidence-based practices.  Mahesh shares the story in the podcast of how he was introduced to “Laughter Yoga” and how he brought the practice to Hong Kong where interest grew and continues to grow both in a recreational and a corporate setting. He is a positive role model who believes in creating an empowering context for himself and his students.
