In this episode, Sandi D. shares two poems she wrote in a friend and business bestie’s Writer’s Circle: Letter to my children & Letter to my mom.
Although she’s currently writing her memoir, Sandi D. decided to take a break from it and tap into her creative flow. In about an hour and a half, Sandi D. ended up writing 9 poems, some ‘long form’ and several short haiku (Japanese poems).
Finding her creative zen by working on different work simultaneously–whether it’s by painting multiple works in her atélier or concurrently writing two books and several poems–is how Sandi D. likes to relax and rejuvenate.
