Doing Health Differently - An Interview with Shift 110's Owner & Founder Adam Bennett
This episode was a lot of fun to record because Adam is a lot of fun to talk to! Connecting with someone else as a human is great AND connecting with them over their love of health/wellness/helping others makes it even better.
Adam is the owner of Shift 110, a health & fitness company that takes physical wellness to the next level by providing in-depth, one-one-one attention to clients in a group setting. This unique personalized attention approach provides accountability, sustainable results and support that no other fitness studios provide. In addition, he and his wife, Michelle, also have a meal service available, for their members and the general public, that makes eating well, easy.
In this episode we chat all about pitfalls, the lies we used to tell ourselves that kept us stuck as entrepreneurs, the fallacies of the fitness industry and how to create sustainable results for your health & wellness goals.
Enjoy!
