I learned to ski at 40
Was it HARD_ heck YES took me 8 years
Was it UNCOMFORTABLE - YES my kids made fun of me for 8 years
Was it RISKY_ YES i could have broken a bone or worse feel off a cliff and died
Was it embarassing_ YES being 40 on the bunny slopes with the toddlers is pretty bad!
Would i do it over _ YES with a heartbeat
