Michael Amster, MD, is a physician and faculty member at Touro School of Medicine. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, he is the founding director of the pain management department at Santa Cruz Community Health. He is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher trained at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
