Maybe you have been told you have IBS, or maybe you just have GI symptoms like gas, bloating, abdominal pain, and thought you should try an elimination diet or low FODMAP diet.
FODMAPS are fermentable carbohydrates that may be hard for some to digest causing GI symptoms. When these foods are avoided, some people’s symptoms go away.
