For our first guests on the show, we wanted to interview the people who’ve had the biggest impact on us as runners. For Kim, that’s her close friend and coach, Sarah Seads.
Sarah Seads is an accomplished trail ultra runner and athlete who seeks all forms of adventure. She was a pioneer in the outdoor fitness movement in the Comox Valley with the creation of her company Equilibrium Lifestyle Management and she has been changing lives ever since.
Over the years her business and her sense of purpose has evolved as much as she has. Her training includes exercise science, sports psychology, sociology, mind-body medicine, yoga & meditation and more. Her quest for adventure, knowledge, and self awareness has led her to a place where she is now a passionate Mind Body Coach who combines the art and science of both Kinesiology and Hypnotherapy to help her clients become the people they wish to be.
