Lindsay Friedman began her career as a nursing assistant working in memory care, nursing homes, assisted living, and hospice. Those early years gave her firsthand insight into the realities of aging — but it was becoming a family caregiver herself that truly changed her perspective.
That experience led her to found Care Bloom, a company focused on helping older adults age in place more safely while supporting family caregivers through some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives.
Through years of working closely with seniors and families, Lindsay saw how often aging becomes more complicated — and more painful — simply because there’s no clear plan. That realization inspired her to start LTCareNav, where she helps seniors and families map out what future care may look like, how to pay for it, and how to build the right team before a crisis hits.
