Welcome. I'm so excited to get started today, the beginning of the New Year 2026, and I'd like to call you in and tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got into doing this work?

Hi everyone. My name is Kisha Reynolds, and I'm a certified clinical hypnotherapist. And what brought me into doing hypnotherapy is I suffer from body focused, repetitive behaviors, which basically are a group of behaviors that are very similar to OCD, but there are some similarities, but there are definitely some differences too. They're more so compulsions, and they are really kind of described as a group of like self-grooming behaviors that involve, repeatedly, like touching or manipulating or, you know, pulling or damaging one's hair or skin. You know, the most popular ones, or common ones are trichotillomania, which is the one that I suffered with, which is the hair pulling. But typically, they don't start, you know, usually, if you have one, you know, they do end up morphing into another one if you don't seek help for it. And when I mean help, it can be in a form of DBT, it can be cognitive behavior therapy. Can be hypnotherapy. And this in this, in this space here, but there's no medication or anything like that that really, you know, kind of treats it. So I use hypnotherapy to really, kind of just bring awareness back to people in terms of what they're doing, so that they can then make healthier decisions as to what to do. But as I was saying, it consists of skin picking, okay, cheek biting. Sometimes you may see people biting their lip or maybe chewing on their tongue, pervasive like nail biting, you know, that type of thing, but the most popular one is the air pulling.

So today we're going to get a little bit into raising our vibes and manifesting and kind of what I would call holiday cheer of our own way, bringing in the healing elements. So I'm just going to have you dive right in.
Speaker Kisha
Okay, okay. So we were talking about in terms of, like, especially since we're coming at the year and things of that sort. One of the things that I tend to focus on is helping people to be able to kind of release, you know, old toxic ways of thinking, okay, kind of really removing releasing and removing those because they no longer serve you anymore, and being able to kind of step into you, know you, the new you, if you will, by doing things such as doing Breath, breath work, also practicing gratitude. Gratitude is a surefire way to kind of raise one's frequency. And in doing that, then, kind of been bringing in manifestation, you know, and prosperity, and pushing away, you know, and releasing and removing that scarcity mindset, because that will keep you stop

Yes, and I totally love different ways of expressing gratitude. There are so many techniques out there that you could change your technique for gratitude, probably every year for the next 10 years, and not run out of techniques. Oh yeah, cover just a couple of your favorites
Speaker Kisha
So for me, one of the things that I do, as I always start with gratitude, and what that looks like is just really putting together a script, okay, so that that person is able to really sit in that space of just being thankful, you know, for for where they are, being thankful for your current lot in life. Because the whole thing is, things can always be much worse. They. Always be worse, so you know. And for me personally, I am a believer. Okay, so a lot of time I also incorporate, for clients who are interested. I do incorporate scripture and prayer, you know, into my scripts. For those that you know, do not, you know, really, just kind of prefer to look at it kind of like spiritual and kind of like the universe, you know, I also put together scripts that are related, you know, to that. But, you know, really just focusing, you know, on the breath work and then moving directly into that feeling, you know, kind of having that person sit in that feeling of just really taking the time to be thankful for where they are and to be thankful. It doesn't mean that you are not able to want self-Betterment or to want more. It just means that you are grateful for where you are and grateful. Being grateful is definitely what ups that frequency, as I was saying before. And then once that happens, then, you know, we move forward. I move forward with having people to kind of release and relinquish that scarcity mindset, you know, holding on to those old beliefs, because that would be stuck again, moving past that and going into abundance and prosperity and whatever that looks like, you know, because abundance and prosperity is not just, you know, financial abundance, that is one type, yes, but you know, abundance can be anything. Abundance could be like an abundance of self love to you know, kind of give back to yourself. So I start with those things.

Oh, I'm just so glad you covered the fact that there are multiple different types, and also that you have the awareness of bringing in the spiritual for those that need, the need and want those scriptures to back up their gratitude, one of my probably most creative, fun ways to express gratitude is I like to take colored post it notes and write down something really good that happens, something that I I'm so grateful for, and then put them in a big glass cookie jar. Oh, I love that I have all these bright colored blessings in a cookie jar. And then if I'm feeling a little low and need a lift, I'll just put my hand in the cookie jar and grab out multiple colored post it notes and just read them and then try to reenact or feel over again the emotion that made me put it in the jar in the first place, what made me happy, what made me joyful? And that is probably the technique I've stuck with the most Okay. Over the years, I've had multiple techniques, but I think that one kind of appeals to my sense of color and creativity and that type of thing. So could you talk a little bit more about releasing, deciding what no longer serves us, and actually going through a process of releasing that, because that's going to be part of this new year as well.
Speaker Kisha
Well, one of the things that I do, and I use it for a lot of different things, so I use it for this too. What happens is, in the beginning of a session with someone. I do my due diligence, and I ask questions, and one of the things that I ask is, you know, they tell me in terms of what it is that they want to kind of move past, or they want to let go, you know, of so once I have that in mind, then that's when I kind of go towards putting together a hypnotic, you know, script using imagery and hypnotic suggestions for them being able to release, you know, release any, any stagnant energy. Okay, one tool that I enjoy using is, while the person is in hypnosis, I will ask them to kind of hold their arm out in front of them. And I will tell them to make it as stiff as a board, very, very, very stiff. And then what I will do is, and I will say, Now, push all of the toxic old ways of thinking, scarcity mindset. That's an old belief. Push that all into your arm, to the wrist, to the hand that is bald like a fist as it is extended in front of the person. And then after that goes, I'll say, Okay, now I will then do a count from one to five, and then on five, I will tell the person to release the arm, and it actually feels really good. So it's almost the same type of thing as re almost like resetting, you know, the body to a certain extent, like if you actually squeeze your muscles, squeeze your face, squeeze your feet, squeeze your body, your hands, everything, make it tight, tight, tight, tight, you know, and then actually just release. It feels really, really good. That's actually quite good to be able to right before going to bed as well doing that. But for this, we're pushing it, everything all into, like, that one arm, okay? And it could be left or right arm, it doesn't matter. And then all of a sudden, after once I reach that count, then just drop, and then the arm just drops, and it just feels really good. And it's like, okay, when you drop your arm, you're releasing everything that you were told to, kind of like, push there, you know? And it really does. It feels really, really good.

What a great little activity. Thank you for sharing that as you're sharing, could you also respect client confidentiality, but share with us a success story of one of your clients.
Speaker Kisha
Absolutely…I actually am working with a client now, and she came to me because she's been feeling like she's blocked now, her thing was more so financial blocks. Okay, so and her and her, she wanted to regulate her nervous system okay, because she was feeling like she was blocked. And I think what it was that she wasn't able to kind of go past a certain level of earning, and wanted to be able to break that ceiling so that, and then also kind of pulling in, you know, abundance and prosperity. So in order to do that, I always start out with practicing gratitude. Gratitude is really the key to raising your frequency, okay, to be able to attract, you know, abundance and prosperity, mainly because when you think from a scarcity mindset, you move further and further away from abundance. So with abundance. The reason why you need to raise that frequency is because abundance and prosperity is something that you are aligned with. You align with that. It attracts you. You align with it. But if you chase it, it's not going to work. You can't chase it. You have to align with it. And the aligning comes with your frequency and then your mindset. So like I was saying, not sinking with that scarcity mindset, thinking in the present, like, Okay, what has happened has already happened, that it's here it is. Now you are living in this moment. Now, everything that you want is happening now. Not using words like, okay, when this does happen, because those were still kind of pushing it out into the future. Okay? So, you know, I'm speaking with being very intentional
and specific. So if it's something we're, you know, releasing this to show this collapsing time, so that I'm not seeing this in a year, but I see this within 30 days, saying that with intention and speaking that okay, like that has already happened, and it's not the easiest thing to do, just because many times we may look at our bank accounts and say, Well, I don't know, because it's, you know, it's, it's looking like something else, okay? But that's where you know faith, you know, kind of comes in. You know, faith is, you know, if you don't you may not see it, but you know that is there, okay, so it's having that intention of that it is now, it's now. It's in the present. Not that it will happen, but it's happening. It is already happening. It's already come to pass, you know, and continuing that over, over a period of time, and you will begin to see things change. And paying attention to these, those synchronicities and things like that that happen as well. You know, you have to be in tune with that frequency to be able to align and to draw and to attract that.

Oh, I love that. And everything is happening. Mm. Now, I'm glad you gave us a span. Everything is happening now within 15 days or 30 days.
Speaker Kisha
Yes, being specific, being very, very specific, you know, and doing it, you know, for a period of time. So you know for me, and I'll say for me personally, my experience, especially with my client, I was working with her over a period of eight to 12 sessions. So when a client comes to me, I work with them for a period of eight to 12 sessions to see the full trash, give them a full transfer, a form of experience. So usually right around that fourth or fifth session is usually kind of like when people start to feel that internal change, however, that can be accelerated in listening to the recordings that I provide. So after every session or during every session, I should say, I record that session. I don't record when the client comes to me and is telling me in terms of what they are experiencing, that's not the piece of it that I record. I record the piece of it when I start putting them into induction and the hypnotic imagery and the hypnotic suggestions, I record that right around, probably, like the last half an hour, 25 minutes, or half an hour of the session, that's when I will record that. And what happens is, after I record it, I then send that recording to the client, and I give them a choice. I can send it, you know, to them, or I also do something where I will layer that recording over by narrow weeks. Or, sophistico, different frequencies that are really, really geared towards specific, you know, things that maybe somebody may want to do. In this case, it's manifestation work. So I will lay that over there, so now you have the frequencies on top of that, you also have the recording. And so you play this nightly. And the good thing about this is by the time you've completed eight to 12 sessions, you actually have yourself like a little library. So then anytime that you want to play that over, you can, because I make a fresh recording each session. This is more, it is a very concierge service. Is not, you know, cookie cutter. So you know, each person they get, you know that would be eight to 12 different recordings that they would receive from me, because I record every single time, and then I send that over to the client, and then they're able to listen at that typically, the best time is either first thing in the morning or right before bed. You know, as long as you don't listen to it while you are driving, because the recordings are meant to really relax and put you into that hypnotic state so you don't want to be driving or drive shortly after listening to what you know. So that's typically how, how that works out?

Thanks so much. Before we wrap up, is there anything else that you feel called to share with our audience before we go?
Speaker Kisha
Well, what I would like to do is, I would like to do a progressive relaxation. Now, this is not going to be hypnosis, okay, because that's something different, and it would take a longer time. And for the first session, when it comes to doing a hypnotherapy session, it's typically about 90 minutes, and then all other sessions about 50 minutes to an hour after that. So, but this is what more so, like a progressive relaxation, where we are focusing on gratitude and releasing, you know, blocks and kind of clearing, you know the path, you know, releasing a scarcity mindset and kind of calling in abundance and prosperity. And then from there, we'll integrate all of that, and then they'll go into the closing so I will start off with some breath work. Okay, if I could, I'll start that now.
Now if people just get very, very calm, okay? And I'm going to ask everyone to just gently close their eyes. And now I'm going to take you into some breath work. I'm going to ask you to breathe in for four counts, and then I'll ask you to hold your breath for six counts and then exhale out for eight and then you'll hear me tell you to bring your breathing back to baseline. And all that means is that your kind of going to, you're going to bring it back to your normal breathing cadence. And I'll do that for like, two or three times, and then we'll kind of move right into the progressive relaxation and then the gratitude. Okay, so I want you to breathe in for 4321, hold that breath for 65432, and one, and exhale out at 8765432, and one, And now gently bring your breathing back to baseline.
We're just going to keep it here just for a couple seconds, breathing your normal breathing cadence, just returning back to baseline and now breathing in again at 432, and one. Hold that breath at 654321, and exhale out at 8765, 265432,
and one, and returning your breathing back to baseline, very good, just breathing normally, your normal breathing cadence.
And now we'll do this for the last time. One more time, breathing in at 432, and one, holding that breath at
6543, 54321, and exhale out at 8765432, and one, and returning your breathing back to baseline, very good.
And now, as you begin to settle into this moment, allow your breath to soften. It's gentle, unforced and steady. As you continue with every exhale, feel your body melting just a little more deeply into the surface beneath you. Now bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Imagine or a vision, a warm, golden light that begins to glow there
at the top of your head, it's soft, gentle, I comforting, and with every breath, that warm light slowly travels downward and work, inviting each part of your body into deeper and deeper. A peace, the light moves
across your forehead, smoothing away any lines, releasing any lingering thoughts, quieting the mind, opening space for gratitude.
Now let this warm light flow down behind your eyes, loosening your jaw, softening your cheeks, melting across The back of your head and down your neck, and as the body relaxes, bring to the center of your mind one thing you are grateful for today, just one it can be as grand as a miracle or as simple as a peaceful breath And I want you to whisper inwardly, thank you. Whisper to yourself, thank you, thank you, and feel that gratitude radiate from your mind into your neck, your shoulders rolling down your arms, through the elbows, into your hands and all the way to the tips of your fingers. Let your shoulders drop, releasing weight you didn't even realize you were carrying. The golden light flows across your chest now, spreading warmth, compassion and ultimate calm. Let your heart soften, open and expand and again, silently, repeat yourself. I am grateful. I am blessed …. I am open. Feel gratitude, feeling every inhale and peace pouring out of every exhale, the warm light moves down your Back, vertebra by vertebra, melting tension, dissolving heaviness, releasing anything you no longer need to hold your stomach, relaxes your hips, loosen your legs, grow heavy yet warm your knees soften. You feel completely relaxed as your feet relax until your entire body glows with the warmth of gratitude. You are now deeply relaxed, open, receptive, ready.
Now imagine or visualize yourself standing in front of a wide-open field at sunrise. The sky is painted with gold and soft pinks. The air is cool and clean and crisp. Is a gentle wind brushing against your skin like a blessing. In the center of this field, you see a smooth stone pathway leading forward. This is the path of your full potential, the path where your highest self already walks, but scattered across the path are small stones, some are labeled fear, doubt, old stories, scarcity, procrastination, blocks around Money, blocks around success, blocks around receiving, one by one, imagine or visualize walking to each stone, picking it up, taking a good look at it and say thank you for what you taught me, and now I release you. You will say to yourself, thank you for what you taught me, and now I release you as you place each stone beside the path, it dissolves into light, disappearing completely, lifting from your energy, freeing your mind, your spirit and your future. Feel, how much lighter the path becomes. Feel how much lighter you become. Every release opens space. Every release clears the way. Every release strengthens your ability to rise and now repeat to yourself anything blocking my potential is gone. Now anything limiting my growth is released. Now my path is open, clear and blessed, and repeat that again to yourself, anything blocking my potential is gone. Now, anything limiting my growth is released. Now my path is open, clear and blessed and now breathe and now look ahead and notice that at the end of the path stands a large, glowing doorway made of pure golden light. This doorway represents abundance, prosperity, opportunity, financial flow and the limitless version of you step toward it slowly, feeling the warmth growing stronger with each step, feel the energy of abundance pulling you forward gently and lovingly, as if it has been waiting for you all along. Stand before the doorway, place your hand onto the golden frame, feel the vibration. It’s steady, powerful welcoming, a soft wind whispers around you, saying, you are worthy, you are abundant. You are chosen. You are worthy. You are abundant. You are chosen. Now take a deep, slow breath and step through the doorway as you enter, you feel your entire being expand. Your chest, opens your mind, clears your spirit. You see visions of Your abundant future, money flows with ease, opportunities that match your gifts. Doors opening before you, confidence rising with you, prosperity, touching every area of your life, stand in the center of this space and say to yourself, I welcome abundance. I welcome prosperity. I welcome overflow. I am aligned with limitless possibilities. And repeat again to yourself, I welcome abundance. I welcome prosperity. I welcome overflow. I am aligned with limitless possibility, feel those words settling into your subconscious like seeds that will continue to grow long after this session ends and now, I want you to visualize or imagine the same bright, golden light descending gently around you, wrapping you in protection, guidance, clarity and grace. These light seals everything you've released, everything you've invited, everything you've claimed. You leave this moment, feeling lighter, clearer, more open, more grounded, more abundant. Take in one slow inhale, feeling the gratitude filled your lungs and now one slow exhale, feeling abundance settle into your very cells. Now, when you are ready, I will count from one to five, and when I reach five, you will be back in this space and bringing back Peace with you, bringing back clarity, bringing back knowing, bringing back this abundance and coming up and one. Two, feeling the energy return. Three, feeling that sense of knowing that clarity for bringing back abundance and prosperity and five sitting always and gratitude. I hope you enjoyed that
