Have you ever looked at someone else's life and wondered, "How did they make that happen?" Maybe they started a successful business, achieved financial freedom, traveled the world, or turned a dream into reality while you were still trying to figure out the next step.  What if the difference isn't luck, talent, or timing?  What if you're far more powerful than you've ever been taught to believe?

Today on Call It in With Dar, I'm joined by Thayne, a visionary entrepreneur, investor, world traveler, and a woman who has enjoyed financial freedom for more than a decade. With her unique blend of psychology, business experience, and unwavering optimism, she helps people see possibilities where others see obstacles.

In this uplifting conversation, Thayne shares why owning your power is the foundation for creating the life you truly want. You'll hear inspiring stories of ordinary people making extraordinary shifts—including one client who transformed her results by making a simple adjustment to her sales approach and generated $24,000 in a single month.

We'll also explore the importance of authenticity, self-acceptance, personal growth, and a powerful exercise she calls creating your "Dream Day"—a simple yet transformative practice that can bring greater clarity, purpose, and momentum into your life. And perhaps most importantly, we'll discuss why women have a unique role to play in healing our world and how each of us can contribute simply by stepping into our own gifts and power.

So if you've ever wondered whether your dreams are still possible, whether it's too late to create something extraordinary, or whether there's more available to you than you've experienced so far, this conversation is for you.  Grab a cup of tea, settle in, and let's discover why you may be far more powerful than you know. Welcome, Thayne, to Call It in With Dar.

Speaker Dar:

Welcome in, Thayne…I'm so excited to have you here today. I know we've been making appointments to meet with each other, and they just haven't worked till now, so the excitement is building. So, before we begin, the “ more powerful than you know" topic, I'd like you to tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got into this work.

Speaker Thayne:

Well, thank you, Darla. Thank you for doing this. I appreciate being here with you all today, and I got into this work, probably when I was a young kid. I knew I wanted to do psychology, I wanted to. I watched people and I wondered why they did what they did, and you know, I'm 65 this year, celebrating that, and you know, there's been a lot of stuff, and I love people, and I've, I've uncovered some things in my own life, and why I did what I did, and what I've come up with is when we're connected to whatever you want to call it, source the universe, when we can connect and heal our bodies and our mind and unlearn some things that have not been helpful. We are powerful. We are so powerful, and really, together we're even more powerful. But, like, you know, we're all okay. I'm okay, you're okay. Let's play three. Yes,

Speaker Dar:

I'm all about fun too. So let's dive into the topic of being “more powerful than you know.”

Speaker Thayne:

Wow, I love this topic, because I feel like right now in the world, this is what's needed. We need to own our power, and we need to realize how powerful we are. Our words, they become things. Our vision is, you know, what is your vision? What do you want for the world? What do you want for yourself? What do you love doing? What lights you up? Because that's what you deserve. We deserve to be lit up. It's our birthright, and we've been kind of not taught how to use that in some ways. We've been taught to unlearn it and not even know who we are, you know. Society says this, and we think we need to be that way, but maybe that's not really who we are, and I have an example of that, just to make it. I went to Rome, and I didn't go sightseeing. Can you believe that? I traveled all the way to Rome, and I stayed in the hotel, and I just slept and rested, and enjoyed the hotel, and, and I journaled a lot, and a lot of things came through to me there, and that wouldn't have, because normally I was too afraid to go by myself, I was too afraid, I was so afraid to go by myself, I, I can't tell you how it was, it showed up in so many different ways, even on the way to the airport, I said to him, I snapped at my husband, I said, I, I don't even know if I want to go, and and then I did, took one step at a time, which is all we can do in life, right? Take one step at a time, I got to the airport, I went through the checkout, I got on the plane one step at a time, it was perfect, it was literally perfect, and everybody treated me great. I couldn't have asked for a better trip. And what I look at in that is like my biggest growth came through my biggest fear to travel alone, and because if I would have been with a friend, I would have been sightseeing, and I wouldn't have gone within to find out what Thane really wants. What do I really want? And this is what I want for you, is to take some time to find out, is what you think you want really what you want, what makes you happy, what makes you tick. And we're all different, so it really is individual to you, and by not finding that you're actually not able to share all of you with the world, and and we really just want you showing up truly authentically, and even heals our bodies to do this, like I

really believe that, that when we're in line with who we are, we embrace who we are, we love who we are, we know our purpose and our soul. It doesn't get any better than that, and it's not always what we think in our, in our intellect, do.

Speaker Dar:

That is so true. Not always what we think in our intellect is the authentic, our authentic self, for sure. I love that you say that you know you deserve to be lit up, you believe to be joyful. This is all our birthright, so could you talk a little bit about your various, well, not really the your program, but yeah, who you serve and, and what your work is like.

Speaker Thayne:

I serve entrepreneurs, coaches, and healers. I really have a heart for entrepreneurs, whether they're a coach, a healer, or whatever. Entrepreneurs, I just love them, and I'm an entrepreneur myself. I think that's why I love this, and that you create your own dreams when you're an entrepreneur, and many of us work way too many hours, because that's not why we got into it, but I like to share with people how they can live their dream and still have their life. Like, what is it worth to be working all day long and not have your life? So I get really passionate about the how I know it's not our job when you follow manifestation things, but really I like to figure out which way do you want to do it, and you know there's many ways that would not work, and we don't all do things the same way, so people, for instance, people sign up for a course, and the course isn't really right for them because they needed a different, you know, there might be some parts that are right for it, but usually, typically courses don't get to know who you are, and what I like to do is work individually with people, and really see who you are, see and hear, I hear it in your words, I hear it in, sometimes I get intuitive hits, and yeah, we find out how you can get closer to having your million dollar day, which I'm going to say a million dollar day for one person is a million dollars, for somebody else it could be Malta million dollars, but for some people it's 100,000 a year, or you know, they want to live off grid up in the woods, maybe they only need 50,000 a year. What's your million-dollar day? Because it's unique to each of us, but you already are a millionaire, and I share that in my video later. I'll talk about that, but it's like, oh my gosh, if we're already thinking we're a millionaire, whether you have in the bank or not, you're worth a million. Why aren't we making our decisions from that? Because I'll tell you, you'll make a different decision than you do when you're thinking about what's in your bank account. It's like a little trick, you know.

Speaker Dar:

Absolutely, I love that you said live your dream and have your life. That's so, so important, and I know you do really one on one deep, insightful work. So, could you give us a few client stories, keeping their names confidential, of course.

Speaker Thayne:

Okay, I got, I've got at least two, and maybe more. I helped a gal that was losing her home. She already had her courses, and she already had them up, and she just was not able to make the sale. And so we sat down one day over Zoom, which many of us do, right? Zoom, and she, we went over her sales conversation, and it was that easy. I could see where she lost her energy at the price when she made the offer, and so we just talked through that, and she just got it, and she went on to make that month $24,000 and I just was so excited for her, and so I love that, you know, and now she didn't have her courses, it would have been a little bit longer road, but she had them, she was just missing one little simple energy leak that she didn't know, because she can't hear herself, and that was really fun, and then another couple, actually, that does myotherapy, they can help people with pain, if you can believe it, they relieve people's pain through manipulation, plus some extra moving your body certain ways, and she's like just amazing, and they were doing construction in their home, which is where they were going to do their business, and so they couldn't have people come in their home, but she also talked about doing it in a hotel, like having a retreat, a week long retreat, and I said, Why don't you just have your week long retreat in a hotel, since your house is on. Construction, and it's so funny, they can't, they did it. It took them 90 days, was their very first one, and they made, I'm guessing, around 25,000 and course she had some expenses in there, so maybe say that's, say, round it down to 20,000 20,000 which she was told later it's amazing that your first retreat you were in profit because most people aren't and so that was just really fun and I will say this because I just want to irritate irid How do you say that word?

Speaker Dar:

“reiterate”

Speaker Thayne

Yes, that word,  That they over gave. She became sick after that. I really, I need to reach out to her again, but she became sick, and I'm like, there's a point of over giving too, and so I just don't want people to deplete themselves. Make sure you have enough people at your retreat. It's a lot of people and energy, and you have to make sure you're still taking care of yourself, like you put on the air mask on in the airplane first, you know? Like, I felt really bad that she did get sick, and so if I were to continue to work with her, it would be around more of finding help, like we're meant to do what we do well, but we're also meant to ask other people to do what they do well. We're not meant to do it all, and if we.. That's one of the secrets, is if you're trying to do it all, how big can your business get? Because there's only so much time in a day.

Speaker Dar:

Absolutely, I agree with you. Yes, let's. Those are great client stories. Let's move into the activity you have planned for us, and I think it has something to do with your dream day.

Speaker Thayne:

Yes. Okay, so if everybody can grab a piece of paper and a pen, and what I'd like you to do is at the top right, my ideal day, or my dream day is, and then we're going to start like at the very beginning, and I'm just going to get you started. This is something I do with everybody now, because I find that most people think they're going to do it, but then they put it off. This is the most important step in manifestation, and most people haven't done it, and it's shocking to me. I did it 30 years ago, and now I live on my beautiful lake home, and it did take 30 years, but I didn't look at it very often. I wrote it and forgot it, and so now I take people through this proper process, because it creates clarity in what you want, and it could change, so be open to making changes to it, and you know, don't put a date on it for sure, because I'd never dated mine. And basically, it's like, how do you want to wake up? Do you want to wake up with an alarm? Do you want to wake up on your own? Do you want to wake up around five or six? Do you want to wake up at eight? What, what is your ideal time to wake up? And you can even describe your sheets, how it feels in your bed, you know. Do you have a partner? Do you not? Do you snuggle first? Do you know what? Do you go to have a cup of coffee, and then when does your workday start, if that's the next thing, or maybe you work out. We just go through your day like this, and I know we don't have time now, but I do want to help people get through this process, because it's so much about their own clarity. And the other thing is, when you've written something down, it's more likely to happen. It's, it's just like it's like 10 timing, 10 times your verbal words, written down words, or even more. So, you got the thought first, then you speak it, that makes it stronger. But writing it down makes it like gold. So, and plus, then you get time to get clarity. Maybe you forgot to put, "Oh, I want to go for a hike in the morning, or "I want to go spend time with friends. You know, I have a lake, I want to go kayaking every morning, when you know, before I see people. Maybe I'm having dinner with my family for dinner. I'm a big family person, and although I don't have a lot of family around to have for dinner, maybe you like to have guests for dinner, and so you write that down. So I want you to go from the beginning of your day, from the moment you wake up until the moment you close your eyes, and if you can get in. The senses like what it feels like, what it smells like, how that, how the touch feels, if, if you have all those things, and one thing that I will say that I didn't realize is that I didn't realize I wasn't feeling my dream in my body, and one time I was talking about my dreams with a friend. She was showing me her vision board, and I was just like, she just kept asking me, well, what? What is your vision? What did you tell me? Tell me, what do you want? What makes what? What is it? And I kept telling her, and telling her, because she kept asking over and all of a sudden I felt a butterfly in my tummy, and I'm like, a light bulb went on, because I was like, oh my gosh, all this time I thought I felt it in my body, I really wasn't feeling it. I've never felt the butterfly again, but that light bulb going on showed me how I wasn't feeling it in my body, and so it's really important to embrace your body, love your body, and even if it's overweight, like right now I'm overweight, but at least it works, right? And that is how we have access. We're here in a body. I know for a fact I used to leave my body because I didn't like my body, and you don't have power when you're not in your body, so love yourself. At one point I didn't like myself on Zoom, and I just felt like every time I saw my face I felt ugly, and I'm like, I don't know. It took me a while. Anyway, I finally got so frustrated with it. You broke my foot, and I can't even tell the whole story right here, but I decided I got so sick of myself, I decided I'm like Danny DeVito, I'm round, and you know everybody loves him, and so I just, I just all of a sudden I didn't care anymore. It's like I can do what I got, arms, I got legs, I can move, and yeah, I would like to drop some weight and be healthier from my body, but I accept who I am, and I think part of self love is the bigger, harder part of it is accepting ourselves, because self love, I thought I love myself, no, I need to accept myself fully for who I am, for my short legs, for my round face, you know. And I have rounded, you know, how us women do with our bodies, it's crazy. But own your body, realize that that's where the power is. It doesn't come from leaving our body, and I kind of got off on a tangent. You're gonna have to reel me back,

Speaker Dar:

absolutely. But that is great, and I, and I love how you had us appeal to all the senses as we do our dream day, and so many women really don't know what they actually want. Now, I believe in this technique of manifestation, and I am living it now too. I live on a lake in Minnesota during the summer for six months, and then I live on near South Padre Island, Texas, on the Gulf for the other six months, so I'm always by the water, and that was part of the dream that I'm manifested, and it's I'm really happy with it, and I agree, you are more powerful than you know. So, now tell us about the free gift that you have available for our audience.

Speaker Thayne:

So, the free gift that I have is a video, it's a short video, and it's three tips to living your dream life today, and you know, embracing that you already have it. It's just recognizing it, and you continue to grow that dream. So, yeah, I'd love to share that video with you. It really, I hope you'll feel like a million dollars when you watch it, and you won't even have a bank account anymore to see if you're, if it's okay to dream.

Speaker Dar:

Absolutely, I love that. And we will have the in the show notes, we'll have the link for you to pick up that three tips video. Is there anything else you would like to leave our audience with as we bring this interview to a close?

Speaker Thayne:

Well, I just want to gather the women like a big army of women, because I believe what I've heard, and I can't remember off the top of my head who. Said this, but that it's going to take Western women, which I don't think it's just Western women, but maybe we started, we're going to heal the world, and there's so many different ways that we can do that, and just by living your dream, what if that's the start, live finding your joy, finding your bliss, saying yes to yourself. What if that's the answer? And women are natural leaders. We lead our husbands, our men, whoever we're with. If, if we're female women, we're the leader of the relationship. We need to have clarity. Men follow us, they don't lead us, so I'll just.. that was from Justin Sterling when I did his women's weekend, and I'll just throw that in. I'm like, yeah, I think we come together in a community of powerful women. What can we go and do in the world together that we could never do alone?

Speaker Dar:

Ah, that's beautiful. An army of women to heal the world, saying yes to yourself. Thank you so much for being with me today.

Speaker Thayne:

Oh, thank you for having me. And if I just want to say that love yourself here. Find your power. We're waiting, and I want to describe it as like I picture a big mural, huge mural, and it's puzzle pieces, and we need each of us to have a puzzle piece, and there's a specific place, and so when you do your part, somebody else can do theirs, and let's just let's let's let's change the world
