I have always resisted calorie and food tracking. Hated it.
However, I recently forced myself to track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth for 30 days, and, shockingly, I not only had a positive experience, I was surprised how much I gained from it.
I am healthier now than I was, eating better, and feeling better. And, when I started, I thought I was already doing well!
But the devil is in the details.
