Many health practitioners believe slow weight loss is best. But unfortunately, there is no evidence to support this. There are, however, large and respectable studies proving the opposite. When it comes to weight loss, losing weight quickly is more likely to be effective, drop more pounds, and dieters are more likely to keep it off if they lose it quickly.
