This episode is a follow up to episode 55 on overcoming cravings using mindfulness, and cutting off temptation and food craving at the source. The R.A.I.N. method can be used effectively any time you face a craving to either ride it out, or at least not binge on unhealthy foods. If you have a sweet tooth, a habit of mindless eating, or generally eat too many calories per day, this episode provides a practical plan to deal with those pesky cravings.
