104. Enabling Team Agility
The busier we get, the easier it is to get trapped into taking more on and become overloaded with work and reduces time to be innovative, creative and adds value. Yet with our rapidly evolving workplace, being too busy to reassess what we are doing risks our ability to be agile. So our September Success Series is an easy way to inspire, imagine and invest in your thinking -for there only one you in the world. With a fun back to school feel, we are joined by a different guest each week sharing their hard-won lessons around success.
So how do we encourage agile working when there is so much to do? Sometimes all it takes is one person to ask the right questions to challenge our thinking and empower us to adapt to improve. We are joined by the brilliant Simon Caudwell who as an Agile Coach shares practical advice for creating an agile mindset in teams and overcoming barriers to being agile. Whether home, work, corporate or charity, there are lessons from the agile world that will help us all to set up for success and not stress. As Simon says 'there is always too much work to do, its about maximising what we don't do that enables us to be agile'.
