118. Setting Your Personal Legacy - What's Yours?
During busy times of transformation, uncertainty or disruption it can be trickier than usual to rate a year as being successful, if the usual measures are less apparent. Revenues, service levels, graphs and bar charts are the typical focus for many workplaces, but taking a moment to acknowledge the bigger picture can shift focus and lift mood.
