21. Celebrating Success Moments
The quickest way to lift our mood and motivation is to notice and celebrate successes. When working remotely we may need to consciously remember to practice this because much of our effort may now be unseen - we have to ring our own bell! Noticing the RARA moments (recognition, achievement, reward & advancement) amid the disruption keeps us moving onwards and upwards. We share practical tips to bring a bit of self-sizzle in your own life. With remote teamship likely to continue for the foreseeable this is a skill worth practising and role-modelling.
