In the first of our 'To Be Different Is To Be Human' focus in June, this episode scans the broad and widening horizon of inclusion, diversity and belonging. A potential consequence from geographical restriction is that our lives can become smaller and less diverse without random interaction. Learning how to mix with different unknown people again may require a conscious decision than pre-pandemic.
As Maya Angelou said 'people may forget what you said or did, but they never forget how you made them feel. Being sensitive and open-minded in how we work with others may not always be easy during times of pressure or rapid change.
