41. Inclusion Mindset - Focus on your super strengths
Tired of having to fit in? Change and disruption can be even more tiring if people are pretending to be someone they are not, or having to force themselves to work in a way that doesn't play to their natural strengths. We are joined this week by the inspirational Sarah Adjepong-Duodu who in her role as global leadership trainer for a large multinational health and beauty brand is passionate about the need for an 'inclusion mindset'. She shares her experiences of feeling like she had to fit in, and the liberating moment where she realised it was more beneficial to focus on her unique strengths and to help others do the same. When you can be unapologetically you this unlocks energy, freedom and empathy for others. As Sarah says, if something isnt making you happy, or is stopping you be yourself, then why continue doing it. Balancing mindfulness and good intentions, she reminds us to be unapologetically YOU.
