This is the first in our Summer 2021 R&R (Review and Reflect) series and this one is all about the Imposter Syndrome. With rapid change comes opportunities and challenges and the skill is to be able to handle learning as we go and minimise fear, procrastination and self-doubt.
We discuss practical tips for shedding the 5 fears that underpin the Imposter Syndrome and how starting with our language and how we describe ourselves is key. Summer is an ideal time to give ourselves a break and often someone else's rocky learning curve give us the boost we needed to give something a go too.
