Michael Volpe, Investigative Journalist Discusses Corrupt Family Court Cases In CT And Writing Up An Act To Remove 3rd Party Appointees

     Slam the Gavel welcomes back Michael Volpe, Investigative Journalist, to discuss the rampant corruption taking place in the Family Court System in the state of Connecticut.  Along with it's corruption, Michael explains several cases that have taken place where Parental Alienation is used against a parent to remove children. There is a common pattern where a mother will go back into court for Child Support and the judge will go along with the opposing side of false allegations and Parental Alienation to remove the children from the mother.
    Guardian ad Litems continue to make money out of the conflict, parent's and their children's suffering all in order to get a colleague elected for judge. The extreme lengths and far reach of corruption is immeasurable.
   Michael also wrote up an Act to be submitted, called The Elaine Pudlowski Act. This would end the reign of rogue Custody Evaluators, Guardian ad Litems' and other third party appointees. Fast-paced and intriguing podcast not to be missed.
