Carl Roberts, Founder Of Colorado Resilience Speaks Out On The Bad Behavior In The Family Court System And Custodial Interference

     Carl has found that life is 10% what happens to us and 90% in how we deal with it. True joy and happiness rarely happens without pain and suffering.     Carl's  journey includes a lengthy, expensive, high-conflict divorce and CUSTODY BATTLE that was entirely UNNECESSARY. What he learned was that the system, and less so his ex, was to blame. The SYSTEM placed their CHILDREN in the middle and pitted Carl and his ex against one another for no one's benefit except the lawyers. And, courts ALLOWED it to happen.
     The inspiration and passion for SplitSmart.com comes from that brutal experience. Carl explains that his goal is to organize divorcing couples so that they can avoid a similar fate.
