   Deanna Kloostra back on the show to discuss trauma/torture techniques used by the judiciary in the Family Courtrooms. We discussed a new blog Torture Trauma Therapy.com.  The discussion of two articles were fascinating, "Family Court Judges Do Not Give A Shit About Domestic Violence Victims," and "Judicial Violence  With The Help Of An Abusive Partner."
    We discussed Harvard Medical School, sleep deprivation affects your psychological state and mental health. As Americans are sleep deprived and chronic sleep problems affect 50% to 80% of patients in a typical psychiatric practice. Clinicians treating patients with psychiatric disorders have viewed insomnia and other sleep disorders as symptoms.  Studies suggest that sleep problems may raise risk for or contribute the development of psychiatric disorders
    Upon talking about Richard Gardner's work, Deanna would like to do more research.
