Paulette MacDonald is a Child and Family Advocate/Activist. She has lived seven years of experience as a second wife and stepmother dealing with parental alienation and Canada’s profoundly dysfunctional family law system that is failing Canadian children and families – now she is raising awareness to the devastating consequences of parental alienation and is seeking legislative changes in Canada for a rebuttable presumption of equal parenting at the onset of divorce or separation, in the absence of abuse, neglect or violence.
Paulette is now advocating for equal parenting and raising awareness to parental alienation. In 2005 it took two years for her to learn what she was dealing with had a name PA. Paulette also did two more years of researching and reading everything she could get her hands on and tried educating the mother directly but when that didn’t work, she started educating the community through proclamations, community events, letters to the editor.
With false allegations, Parents are guilty until proven innocent with court appearance after court appearance and a different judge every time. The court appointed family counsellor t got her into advocating, office of the children’s lawyer, Children’s Aid Society…
Paulette been did a high-profile stunt for Father's For Justice Canada that got her so much attention followed by 8 months of court appearances… radio, tv, newspaper interviews, letters to the editor.
The organizations Paulette belongs to now is the CEPC co-present until 2012, CAFÉ board of directors 2012 – 2018, LW4SP 2012 – 2021, CEPC board of directors 2018 to present – TCFC and PASG.
