Slam The Gavel welcomes back Michael Volpe, Investigative Journalist to discuss cases of corruption in Family Court going on in LA and Orange County, California. Apparently, these are local rackets structured the same, yet the names are different. However, the local public doesn't know what they are doing.
California is unique in its own way as they have Private Judges. The court system in California is so backed up, but if a parent "pays" for a Private Judge, their case will move faster and in the direction of their favor.
Judge Tamara Hall was moved from Family Court for four years, yet she is tied to many court cases.
Upon discussing the Marika Taylor case, her ex-husband shows up in Hall's chambers and Judge Hall then writes an exparte order to give the ex sole custody. It appears it was a permanent order and several other judges "rubber stamped" it, continuing it, and Marika hasn't seen her son in six years.....
From Family Bridges, a reunification camp to Judges creating cases and dragging them out in order to bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars the greed continues.
The book, "Screw The Bitch," is very well known handbook for men filing for divorce and that was discussed at length, along with the case Stump v. Sparkman, 435 U.S. 349 (1978) is the leading US Supreme Court conclusion on judicial immunity. This too was an in-depth discussion not to be missed.
