Slam the Gavel welcomes Vincent McGovern back on the show . Vincent McGovern was last on the show in Season 2, Episodes 107 and 131. We discussed how CPS is held to no accountability when there are false allegations or when children slip through the cracks, being abused.
CPS operates in secret. Vincent spoke of two cases of murdered children that slipped through the cracks, or a parent wasn't allowed to intercede. Once a murder happens that could have been preventable, the excuses come, "the system will be improved," or "there is insufficient funding," down to "lessons will be learned.
The most innocent of all are children. The power-hungry CPS caseworkers will stop at nothing to break up a family and create more adoptions. The tragic part is that the system protects the system.
We discussed how Family Court is a closed court system in the United Kingdom, where there is massive pain in it and a parent either fights or walks away.
